B.E. in Mechanical Engineering - Batch of 2025
4.4
4Placements4Infrastructure4Faculty5Crowd & Campus Life5Value for Money
Excellent placements in 2025 for mechanical engineering, with a good and beautiful campus.
Placements: Out of 140 students, nearly 120–125 get placed. The highest package is 8.5 LPA, which is more than our CSE, and the lowest is 2.4 LPA. Our top recruiters are Technimont ICB, Worley, Atlas Copco, Toyo Engineering, LG, Galaxy Surfactants, and Technip Energies. Nearly 80% of students get internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent and beautiful. New and modified labs, classrooms, and a big library are available. The hostel infrastructure is good, but the mess is not good. The quality of food available in the mess is not that good, but it's better in the canteen. The college also has gym facilities and a swimming pool.
Faculty: Most teachers are knowledgeable and excellent at teaching. We have an industry-ready engineering program that makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are pretty difficult in our college. The passing marks for the end semester are 24 out of 60 and 16 out of 40.
Other: I chose mechanical engineering because of my passion for understanding how things work and my curiosity about designing and improving mechanical systems.

A college with great infrastructure, supportive faculty, and good placements.
Placements: The course has a placement rate of 100%. Almost all students get jobs after completing it. The highest salary package offered is 7 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA. Top hiring companies from the course including TCS and Wynum. Many students got internships in top many companies.
Infrastructure: The department provides Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms, modern labs, and a well-stocked library. Hostels are clean with comfortable rooms, nutritious mess food, and a hygienic canteen. Additional facilities include a sports ground and an AFPI. The campus is safe with round-the-clock security and modern infrastructure to support student needs and extracurricular activities.
Faculty: Our teachers are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and supportive. The course curriculum is well-designed and prepares students for real-world challenges. Exams are moderately difficult. The passing percentage is 70%. The department regularly updates the curriculum to reflect industry trends. This approach ensures students are not only academically strong but also job-ready.
Other: I chose this course because it has a career-focused curriculum and hands-on learning. The best things about our course are supportive faculty, internships, and practical exposure. Improvements could include updated labs. The campus offers vibrant events, good connectivity, scholarships, and extracurricular activities.

Review of Tatyasaheb Kore Institute of Engineering & Technology.
Placements: My course is in chemical engineering. My class had 60 students. The average package for our branch was INR 3,50,000, and top companies included Galaxy Surfactant and Worley. Placements in the college were good, with the highest package offered being INR 8,00,000 per year and the lowest being INR 2,50,000.
Infrastructure: The hostel is good and affordable, with spacious rooms that include cupboards. The hostel buildings are old, but the canteen is nearby and serves good food. The college mess, however, is below average, with poor food quality.
Faculty: The teachers were very supportive and well qualified. Most of them had Ph.D. research degrees. The college curriculum was good, and the syllabus was well designed. The teachers had a lot of experience in their respective fields, as well as industry experience.
Other: The college has two big fests: Eureka and Spandan. Eureka is a technical event with paper presentations, and Spandan is a cultural event where we can let loose and have fun. College life is not as expected because the college is very strict and disciplined.

B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2026
3.4
3Placements3Infrastructure4Faculty4Crowd & Campus Life3Value for Money
Absolutely dissatisfied because of less placement in the past 2 years & not worth it for campus life
Placements: Only 40% of students from my department were placed this year. The largest package is 7 LPA, the average package is 4 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. The company names are Hexaware and Walstar, which have given packages of 7 LPA to 10 students. The same 40% of students who are placed got the internship in the same company with a stipend of 50,000 for a duration of 6 months. The roles offered are software engineer and data analyst.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is not too good, as we have a huge large area of campus, but the buildings are too old and small. The facilities are good; the labs have good landline connections with available Wi-Fi in labs, but not in the whole campus. The quality provided in the hostel is good, the rooms are large and enough for 3 people in one room. The canteen food is not too good, but enough to satisfy patients, with medical facilities in college and a large playground with all games.
Faculty: Some teachers are not good; they have only completed their B.Tech degree and were selected as teachers. There are 2 or 3 teachers who have completed their MS from foreign universities and NIT. The quality of teaching is average. Yes, my course is curriculum-related and in future demand, and my college makes students industry-ready with language knowledge. The difficulty level in the semester is average, the syllabus is tough, and the teachers give some questions to solve before exams as a question bank. The pass percentage is 40% in each subject.
Other: I have chosen Computer Science Engineering because it is an emerging technology and in future demand. These are the best things about the course. The quality of education should improve a bit more and provide Wi-Fi in hostels, too. The events held in college are national-level events with fixed days which we celebrate too. The surroundings are good with plants and trees. Also, there are scholarships for students selected by giving any exam. The extracurricular activities are very few in college.

Absolutely satisfied with the infrastructure and facilities, but student interaction should increase.
Placements: About 55% of students are placed, and INR 8 lacs per annum is the highest package, and INR 1.7 lacs per annum is the lowest package offered. Manager or junior officer posts are also offered. This is awesome in terms of recruitment, and the college facilities give this many opportunities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college and facilities are great. The quality of every facility is literally good, and the students are really satisfied with the quality of the facilities available in the mess and canteen. Medical facilities are good whenever needed.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are helpful. The exams are rated 4/5 in terms of difficulty this semester. This course curriculum is relevant for the students who are interested in the course outcome, and this course can make the students industry-ready.

It has great infrastructure, supportive teachers, and an industry-oriented curriculum.
Placements: TKIET Warananagar, Kolhapur is an accredited engineering institute with NBA and NAAC with A grade recognition. In 2024-25, almost 276 students got placed in the CSE department, and there was a 120% placement rate. In the mechanical engineering course, Atlas Copco company offered a salary package of 5.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Atlas Copco, Wynum, Thinqloud, MosChip, etc., visit the college for placements.
Infrastructure: TKIET Warananagar provides facilities like well-equipped labs, Wi-Fi, modern classrooms, and a vast library. It provides separate hostels for both boys and girls with furnished rooms, 24x7 electricity, and Wi-Fi. It also provides a hygienic mess and canteen. The quality food is served at reasonable rates. The on-campus medical clinic is available. It has a gym, swimming pool, and various sports facilities.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified. They are M.Tech qualified and PhD holders. They are supportive, and effective in teaching. The course curriculum is industry-oriented, with strong industry collaborations and internship opportunities. Exams are moderate to challenging. The pass percentage data is not publicly available.
