It was not a good, not bad experience, average placement, but the infrastructure is great.

Placements: The percentage of recruitment is very low for Diploma students, around 50%. Highest package is 30 thousand per month, the lowest package is 15k, and average is around 20k. Almost nobody got an internship from my course because they don't do such things for an internship.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, at least, Wi-Fi speed is nice, some classroom has AC. I never stayed in a hostel, so I don't know much about it, but some of my friends stay in a hostel, so they said that the ambience is great, the food quality is average, but edible, not like other college hostels.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful. If you study sincerely, then you can be industry-ready because in the course, they teach you many programming languages. If you study well, then the exams will be a piece of cake for you because a Diploma is easier than B.Tech.

Other: I have an interest in code, so I prefer to choose a Diploma rather than 11 and 12. If they focus on code rather than definition, it would be much better. Techno Main Salt Lake is known for its events, so it is great.

Quality of education and events.

Placements: From my department, more than 90% of students have been placed. The highest package is 54 LPA, and the lowest package is 8 LPA. The average package offered is 12 LPA. Wipro, TCS, and Infosys are top recruiting companies for our courses.

Infrastructure: Hostel facility is not available in this college. The infrastructure is good, lab facilities and libraries are well developed with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. However, there is less space available in the library, only 50 students can sit in the library at a time.

Faculty: Teachers are well-educated and highly knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good, they made the concepts easy to understand for everyone. They provided notes, and in the classroom, they used whiteboards instead of projectors.

Faculty: Talented teachers and are extremely helpful. Guides us well. Each and every doubt is being cleared away as soon as possible. No delay of classes, very punctual faculty members, and they also encourage us by providing motivation and extra knowledge. It's my pleasure to be a part of this college.

Placements: Above (75-80)% of students get placed. The highest package offered is 13 LPA - 14 LPA, average package is 4 LPA - 6 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA - 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Cognizant, IBM, Amazon, and many others. Almost every student gets internships in top companies such as TCS, Cognizant, etc. There are many courses offered such as embedded system designer, VLSI software, nano electronics, etc.

Infrastructure: In my college, there are total 9th floors and lift facilities are available. On each floor, there are Wi-Fi facilities as well. Every department has its own departmental library as there is a common library for all the students. There are well-facilitated labs for every department. My college does not have hostel facilities. But it has two to three canteens, and there are a lot of things available in the canteen. Other facilities such as medical and sports are also available.

Faculty: All the exams are conducted according to the MAKAUT guidelines. As it is MAKAUT affiliated. There are well-qualified and experienced professors. Their teaching style is very good which helps students to understand the easy and hard topics easily. They prepare the student as per the real-world industries' demand. They guide us in everything. Exam level is moderate as question paper is prepared by the MAKAUT. The passing percentage is around 80%.

Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in this field. This department is one of the oldest and well-known departments of this college. One thing that needs to improve is not giving so many assignments. One thing that is best about this college is that it organizes a lot of events for the freshers as well as for the seniors. There are a lot of hackathons and robotics events organised. Our college allowed students to participate in different events organised by different colleges. Scholarship facilities are also available.

The value of education in terms of money taken by the college is absolutely not upto the mark.

Placements: Placement record of the college is quite nice. Almost all the students get placements whether on-campus or off-campus. But the package received by everyone actually depends on the individual's talent and experiences of the subject in their college life.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not at all good in our college. The rooms are quite small and very less benches are present in a particular room. There are no ACs in normal room, although the fee of the college is so high. The playground of the college is never maintained and is not suitable for playing.

Faculty: Faculty members are absolutely the worst category of our college. None of them is qualified to teach us in a particular subject. You will understand while learning from them that they are not even fully equipped with the subject. There are very few teachers who actually teach good and have a strong hand in the subject.

Other: Fests organised in our college are the best in Kolkata for sure.

Placements are very good. The campus life is good. Qualified teachers are present.

Placements: 70% of students get placed in my course, according to placement data. Top recruiting companies for our course are Oracle, TCS Prime, TCS Digital, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Infosys, etc. Top roles like software engineer, data analyst, web developer, etc., are offered. The highest package is 18 LPA, and the average package is 5 LPA. The lowest package is 3 LPA. 50% of students got internships from our course in companies like Wipro and Infosys. Our department got the highest package compared to other departments.

Infrastructure: Basically, in our course, we have Wi-Fi and a library. Our lab facility is also good. Many computers are available in our lab. We have favorable facilities in our college. Many classrooms have digital boards, a projector, and whiteboards. The hostel has very good and hygienic rooms. The hostel food is very hygienic. The hostel has Wi-Fi facilities.

Faculty: Every teacher of our college is qualified with a quality education. Most of them are PhD holders and master's from IIT and NIT. They have high knowledge, and also their basics are clear. They also believe in board work, and they take extra classes. The course curriculum is relevant. Our teachers work on daily problems, so they prepare us to work in the industry. Our university is very strict, so semester exams are very difficult in our college. Among 70% of students pass exams without a backlog.

Other: Basically, I had an interest in coding since class 10th, and I want to crack a higher package company, so I chose this course. Basically, placements are the best thing about my course. A high package will be given if we study in this course. Basically, our syllabus is very old, so it should be revised and made new. Aptitude classes should be taken from the 2nd year. Many events are organsied in this course, like a hackathon and a conference paper. A tech fest also happens in our college. The campus is very large, which is very impressive. I think scholarships are given here.
