Techno Main Salt Lake Cutoff 2026: Check WBJEE Previous Years Cutoff Ranks

WBJEE Counselling 2025 was conducted in two rounds, namely Round 1 and Round 2, followed by the Defence quota counselling.

MBA from Techno University can be difficult in many ways:

Techno Main Salt Lake have not officially released the cut off on their official website, but the cut off for CSE from WBJEE is around 9000-10000 and around 13000 from JEE mains. For IT has been around 50000 from WBJEE and 55000 from JEE Mains. And for Electronics it has been around 190000 to 200000.

To get into the BTech programme offered at Techno Main Salt Lake, students are required to fulfil the admission criteria as prescribed by the institute. Aspirants must have passed Class 12 or equivalent in Science stream. Students are shortlisted based on a valid score in either the national or state-level engineering entrance exam (JEE Main, WBJEE). M.E./M.Tech	Candidates completed M.Sc. or final year M.Sc. Candidates in Electronics /Physics (with Electronics special) branchesare also eligible to apply. Degrees acquired through any distance education programme are not eligible.
MBA/PGDM	Candidate must be a graduate from a recognised college /university.
After 10th Diploma	Candidate must have passed the 10th standard (Madhyamik) Examination of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board/ Council/ Institute. Candidate appearing in the Secondary (Madhyamik) Examination of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination are also eligible to apply. Candidate should not be born after 01.07.2008 and there is no upper age limit.
B.E. / B.Tech	Passed 10+2 from a recognized board with a minimum 45% in aggregate.
MCA	Candidate who qualify eligibility as given below can also apply: Module 4 Candidate must have obtained a BSc Honours degree under (10+2+3) pattern in any discipline from a UGC recognised University/Institute with a minimum of 60% marks in Aggregate (45% marks for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates) along with at least 55% marks in Mathematics. They must secure at least 60% marks in Secondary and Higher Secondary or equivalent level from recognised Boards with at least 60% marks in Mathematics at each level. Candidate have to secure 60% marks (45% marks for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates) at each level of education.

Courses offerred by Techno Main Salt Lake are approved by eminent Government bodies like AICTE. The combined seats available for courses offered at Techno Main Salt Lake goes up to 2019.

Students can pursue a full-time postgraduate degree in M.Tech across multiple specialisations at Techno Main Salt Lake. To get into the course, students must have passed graduation in the relevant field from a recognised university. Further, TMSL M.Tech admission is entrance-based. Students need to provide either a valid GATE or WBUT PGET score to be eligible.
