This college needs improvement in various aspects.

Placements: The recruitment process hasn't started in a flow, but the percentage of students who got placed in the previous year was more than 70%. Top salary package offered was 7.5 LPA. TCS was the top recruiting company of our college. Cerner is one of the top companies that offered us internships.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college needs to improve. Everything is on par, from our classrooms to canteens. The quality of the food served in the canteen is below par. Even the library, laboratories, and medical facilities need improvement. Wi-Fi connectivity needs improvement, as well.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are qualified, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Some of the teachers need to improve their teaching methods or quality, whereas others are good. We get help from our faculty members when required. The course curriculum is relevant, and it helps in developing our knowledge.

Review of Techno India Salt Lake.

Placements: Some top recruiting companies like TCS, Wipro, Mahindra, Cognizant and Infosys visited our college for placements. Roles like testing and developing field are offered to the students. Students with good knowledge do not face any problem to get a job. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available for every student, but only for a fixed amount of time. Labs are good, air-conditioned and have more than 50 computers. The library has most of the required books. The library needs some renovation as there is only limited seating space.

Faculty: Most of the teachers in our college are good, very helpful and knowledgeable. They try their best to make topics clear. The problem is they all give lectures in their mother tongue, so some students do not understand the topics clearly.

TISL MCA department has the best placements, great teachers, and an excellent environment.

Placements: The college provides the best placements in West Bengal. All the major IT companies like TCS, Cerner, Deloitte, and Cognizant visit our campus. Many students from MCA get placed in those companies every year. Other students also get jobs in startup companies like Byju's, Jaro, etc. Overall, the college provides various opportunities for MCA students as far as placements are considered.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of college is very good. Classrooms are air-conditioned, and the library is very good. Departmental and college programs like sports, cultural, and technical events take place throughout the year. Food served in the canteen is good but very costly.

Faculty: The MCA department consists of highly qualified teachers who teach us really well and help us grow our knowledge. Teachers take care of every student. Many of the teachers have experience in the IT industry which helps students to get an overview of the industry's work process and culture. Teachers also help students to learn new technologies outside the syllabus.

Other: The MCA department develops the soft skills of students and keeps them updated about the current technology through the FSP training program.

Best in tech, art and culture.

Placements: Tcs, infosys, cts, accenture etc. Companies come here for on campus recruitment. More than 78% of students are placed in average in last 2-3 years having great packages of on and average salary of 35k-45k per month. They are placed in respective positions of their companies like devoloper, project leaders etc.

Infrastructure: All important facilities are there with good qualities. Full time Wi-Fi accessible campus, a/c classrooms, labs, emergency medical facilities, a large collection of books in library are all the features we can get here. More over all sorts of indoor and outdoor games and also culture groups are their and students also get the chance to perform their cultural skills on various events throughout the years.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified too. The teaching techniques are also modern and very much easy to understandable for the students. More over they are very much co-operative to all the students. According to the MCA course curriculum the course duration is 3 years. Beside the syllabus they also help us for self growth with proper industrial knowledge.

Other: Anakronas fest is very popular in our college.

This is the best college under MAKAUT.

Placements: The placement of this college is average like all the other colleges under MAKAUT. In the previous year, the average salary of Rs. 25,000 per month is offered to the placed students by many of the companies. Around 60 to 70% of the students were placed on the campus. The companies like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, and Capgemini visit the campus for the placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is average. The new buildings are in under construction. The classrooms are good with good benches and A/C. There is also a swimming pool inside the campus. There is a big hall for conducting seminars. There is a ground to play and sit.

Faculty: The faculty members are helpful, qualified, and they always try to help you. All the teachers are highly qualified, and they know how to teach well. There are also lab assistants, who help you all the time. Some of the teachers are not that much good, and they use Bengal language in the classes, which becomes difficult for the students outside of Kolkata to understand.

Other: If you are searching for a college where you don't want to attend classes regularly, then this college is a good option. The fests conducted on the campus are good. Jonita Gandhi performed last month, which was good and entertaining. There are departmental fests, where you can learn, entertain, and explore yourself.

My time in Techno India campus.

Placements: The placements are okay, so a lot of reputed companies tend to recruit fresh MCA candidates every year. Getting the job is based on your personal talent. The college won't take any responsibility for you of not getting a job. Although, most of the senior students have been well-placed in reputed companies like Deloitte and TCS. But still, some students are yet to bag a package.

Infrastructure: With the name as Techno India, infrastructure is well-developed. We have a full free Wi-Fi campus, although the speed may vary. We also have fully air-conditioned classrooms and decent space for playing various sports like football, cricket, badminton and volleyball. The college also has a swimming pool on its campus. Other than the recreational infrastructure, we also have a well-equipped lab with a decent amount of machines to accommodate each student with a machine. We also have a well-furnished fully air-conditioned canteen that provides excellent quality food, but it is a bit costly. If you really want to grab a munch at a lower price, you can also try food stalls near the campus. You will get everything there at a lower price. There is also a problem that although being a reputed college, there is no shop for stationary and you need to go far away for buying a text copy or sort. The college doesn't provide accommodation, but a lot of rental rooms are available near the college at low prices.

Faculty: In MCA department, we have highly qualified faculty. All of them are very friendly and can be contacted anytime after the class for clearing of doubts of any kind. They are very punctual and constantly pushing the students to work hard and also indulge students to participate in co-curriculum activities, that will help an individual to get a boost during the process of campus recruitment.

Other: Techno India Salt Lake has two annual festivals. The first one being Edge, that is the technical fest and is the second largest fest in the southeast region. The other is Anakronos which is the cultural festival. We also have annual sports meet, where different colleges participate.
