Our college doesn't invite a sufficient number of recruiters for students, which is not a good thing.

The college gives priority to the studies.
Placements: This year, students have yet to be placed, but some students have already been placed in their 7th semester. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Capgemini, Wipro, and IBM. The top roles offered were generally web developer, data scientist, app developer, game developer, cloud computing, etc.
Infrastructure: Recently, our college got its B+ accreditation from NAAC. The infrastructure is newly renovated, like modern computers and other research labs, air-conditioned libraries cum study areas. The college has a canteen, a basketball court, great Wi-Fi facilities throughout the building, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and friendly, but you need to be serious about attendance, which is a minimum of 75% to avoid any problems in the future. The B. Teaching in IT is much more demanding towards companies, but you need to study and develop skills on your own.
Other: There were annual fests organized by the college, and also Teachers' Day is celebrated in a grand way, and Sports Day is also conducted every year. If you get involved in these activities, you will enjoy them, and they will also provide you with a certificate and Mar points.

Better infrastructure is needed, better classrooms are needed, and more good teachers are needed.
Placements: It's quite average as compared to a private college. Approximately 82% of students got placed with an average of 6-7 LPA last year, where the highest package is 32 LPA from the CSE department, and the lowest is 3.5 LPA. Good companies visit this college. There are more paid internships rather than stipend-based internships.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very average. Slow Wi-Fi is available. Labs are okay, classrooms are not air-conditioned and are poorly managed. The library is good. No medical, sports, or games facilities are available. Hostel food is good, but overall, the hostel is not up to the mark.
Faculty: Teachers are quite good, while some teachers are very less experienced. The course is relevant, but maybe students are not industry-ready. The pass percentage is very poor in this college, and we, as students, don’t even know what our syllabus is. Overall, it needs improvement.
Other: The course is good, but I think teachers should care for the students a little more. There are very few fests and extracurricular activities in our college. The campus is small, and there are too many students. A single campus shares 4 buildings, which is very congested. Scholarships are available, and the campus surrounding is just the highway and the city.

College infrastructure is good, teachers are also cooperative, and the environment is good.
Placements: I am currently a final-year student. I am not yet placed, but the placement season is coming. The selection criteria is depend on the company's specific eligibility criteria, but many companies allow 50 to 60% in all courses, such as secondary, HS diploma, and B.Tech.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, and recently, new renovations have happened. Wi-Fi is available across the entire college campus, and the Wi-Fi strength is excellent. I do not live in the college hostel, so I have no idea about it, but many of my friends live there.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful when it comes to studying problem-solving. They cover only syllabus-oriented education. Some teachers are very friendly on campus. The semester exams are a bit difficult. No one knows which topics are more important or which topic is not. Faculty members are good.

The infrastructure and placements are decent.
Placements: The placement is average, and the college is average. Don't keep high expectations, you have to work on yourself. But it is quite decent compared to other colleges, as it is MAKAUT affiliated and at least has experienced faculty members who help you shape your career. The average package is around 4.8 LPA. Different companies like TCS, IBM, Capgemini, and Cognizant come for mass recruitment.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available. A library is available. AC labs are available. Computer labs are available. A few of the classrooms have projectors. Some also have AC, but the majority do not. The class benches are decent. There are blackboards, and teachers use chalk for writing purposes.
Faculty: Teachers are highly educated and have been teaching for a very long time. Because of this, they have vast knowledge on different topics, and their experience also helps you.

Good infrastructure, facilities, decent hostel and food, supportive environment for learning.
Placements: Around 70-80% of students were placed in our course. The highest package was around 10 LPA, the lowest about 2.5 LPA, and the average around 4-5 LPA. Top recruiters included TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Cognizant. About 60% got internships at companies like IBM, Capgemini, and startups. Popular roles offered included Software Developer, Data Analyst, System Engineer, and QA Tester.
Infrastructure: Our department offers smart classrooms, Wi-Fi, well-equipped labs, and a rich library. Hostels are clean with good facilities, decent mess food, a hygienic canteen, basic medical aid, and various sports options like cricket, badminton, and indoor games.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable, providing clear explanations and support. The course curriculum is relevant and updated to industry standards, helping students become job-ready. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty, and the pass percentage is around 75-85%, depending on the subject and preparation.
Other: This course is good and I see my future in this course, so I chose this course. Best thing is the subjects of this course.

This college provide better placements than other colleges in Kolkata.
Placements: Placements are average in college, but we can see all over these states this college is better than others in the placement. The placement package is not as good as we want. The company hires students for as minimum salary but we deserve more.
Infrastructure: This college infrastructure is well but not sufficient other colleges provide many facilities like a gym, software purchase for students, etc. The college needs to improve in the field of facilities like all classrooms need AC because Kolkata summer is too hot. Colleges need to increase sports material, college can improve in culture, in fact, all fields of college are not satisfied.
Faculty: Some faculty are too good some are average but most of the faculty members are not good in the sense of teaching, not a better understanding of the subject. Those types of teacher classrooms are empty, with only a few students because of attendance purposes. A few teachers are excellent but most of them are below average.
