College review for a new student.
Placements: Placement is good. 95 percent of students got placed very well. Seniors are good, and all the companies and positions are also. The top companies for recruitment are Help, HP, etc. Here, nearly 50 percent of restaurants come for placements in mid-semester.
Infrastructure: Hostel life is very good here. Availability of food is on time at 4 in the morning, in the afternoon, and at night. There is very clean and hygienic food for all the students inside. They have proper sports and categories also. With a very long basketball court.
Faculty: Exams are very easy to pass here. Only 2 to 3 students are greatly stuck on the last exam, and except they pass. The exams are strictly administered. Follow all the rules and regulations of the guidelines they made for the students in the examination.

Placements: Placements are good in the college. On-campus placements are decent, but off-campus placements are very good. Last year, it was around 1 crore per annum. Top companies were Amazon, Google, Deloitte, Barclays and many more. Internship opportunities are also very good.
Infrastructure: College has no campus. There are only two buildings, one old building and one new building. Classrooms are good. Reading room, library, drawing hall, and students' lounge are available. All classrooms, the drawing hall and the reading room have air conditioning.
Faculty: First-year Information technology teachers are not that good. Teaching quality is good, but only for some teachers, not all. Teaching overall is not so good. Internal exams in college are easy, they will provide you with a question bank and mostly, questions come from the question bank.

A good college you should consider for admission.
Placements: The recent placement drives started a bit stagnant, but later took a good turn. Now that many companies have already approached for jobs and internships, it has been easier for students to get in, though CGPA is a critical criterion, but your skills matter too.
Infrastructure: Its less of the infrastructure, like the labs and all are good sometimes, there is an issue with the internet, but most of the time it works well. The campus is nothing other than just a building with a small lounge on the ground where people barely fit. The seminar halls are good.
Faculty: The curriculum provided by my college is quite old-fashioned, focusing more on theory than on practical knowledge, so its difficult for the students to manage skills and CGPA at the same time. I do not understand the curriculum much, but I guess we have to do.
Other: Good batchmates, and fests happen often, so its good.

Satisfied with the faculty members, courses, and placements.
Placements: The placement for the EXTC branch is average, with a maximum going up to 15+ LPA, with 70% of students placed and others opting for higher studies. They provide us with internship opportunities, and everything else depends on how the students how they utilize them.
Infrastructure: The college has no hostel facilities but is well-equipped with Wi-Fi, air-conditioned classrooms, and all the equipment for the labs. The equipment conditions are good. They also have a canteen and a student lounge with an auditorium and a basketball ground, which belongs to their group of colleges.
Faculty: Faculty members are good; almost everyone is a Ph.D. holder, and the course follows the NEP scheme, which is designed to be good. The university exams are also easy, with almost 40% internal marks, periodic tests, term work, and viva, so it's pretty easy to score a good GPA.

The college is worth joining and full of opportunities for people aiming to join big MNCs.
Placements: Placement is pretty decent, the college has an active TPO cell, which is a training placement cell. Students with CS IT, AIDS, and EXTC get placed at good companies. It becomes a bit tough for students in chemical engineering for on-campus placement. They maintain an average CGPA of 7.5 and above, and some basic skills can easily land you in 8 LPA-10 LPA roles.
Infrastructure: The college was established in 1983, so it's an old college with not many facilities available. Wi-Fi is present on every floor, but only for lab use. Classrooms give you a 2000s vibe, and the college has an amazing library with almost all books available within.
Faculty: Curriculum is well-designed and in accordance with the Mumbai University. The FE and BE exams are checked by the university, so scoring becomes a bit difficult in these two years, but with hard work, it's easy to score above a 7.2. The labs and practicals are well-designed for the course

Review of Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.
Placements: My graduation year is 2028. I have completed only the first and second years so far, so I have limited information about placements. However, it is well known that high-paying placements are offered at Thadomal Shahani, with packages reaching up to 1 crore. A total of 51 companies have visited our campus for interviews. The placement rate is also quite high, around 40%, although there may be some discrepancies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and campus of Thadomal Shahani are unfortunately disappointing. The infrastructure of the new building is comparatively better as compared to the old building. There is absolutely no campus as the college is just one building. So if you are looking for a campus life, Thadomal Shahani is not for you. As for hostels, the college does not itself have a specific hostel although there are many PGs in Mumbai which students can choose to live in.
Faculty: Thadomal Shahani is a non-autonomous college which means that the papers in the first and final year are corrected by Mumbai University. The paper checking the quality of Mumbai University is not up to par, and in fact even worse. Thadomal Shahani cannot be blamed for it, but students who are coming to enroll in this college should be prepared for this. The course is updated every 4 years to make students ready for the industry although some more changes could be applied. As for faculty, there are some good teachers, some are bad, and even worse. However, the table is the same in every college.
Other: Thadomal Shahani offers a variety of clubs and activities for students to join. I can say with confidence that a student surely changes in these 4 years to become a better person. Surely there are things I would like Thadomal Shahani I would like to improve, but in the end, it is satisfying.

Thadomal is not the best college. The college is not oraganised in a good way.  The college does not fulfill the commitments made. I am doubtful about their placements as they claim. In my opinion, you must know about the college, and then apply for admission.
