I spent the worst four years of my life at this college.
Placements: Only mass recruiting companies hire from this college. Upskilling was a joke at this college. You were not allowed to sit for an interview if you received an offer from any other company. They take credit for off-campus placements. If you were ambitious enough to apply for masters, you could not sit for campus placements.
Infrastructure: They turn off the elevator after 9:00 AM just to make students who come late suffer. They had basketball court but no one was allowed to play. They take money from students to buy sports equipments but never do. They take fees for internet but they did not share the password and using their computer had time limit. Studying at the canteen was impossible because of distractions, and in library you could not do group study or study with the opposite gender.
Faculty: During exam, they make us sit outside of the classroom on the floor since our classroom would be used for the exam. Curriculum was good enough to question yourself about your choice to do engineering.
Other: I beat this was the worst college in India. Very strict about things, and classrooms were the worst. Their projector did not work, AC did not work, and no facilities for students. Labs were very small, and didn't have enough instruments. They only care about fee, and return on investment was squat.

My college placements and events are the best.
Placements: Placements for the mechanical course are more as compared to other branches. XS CAD, Mahindra and Mahindra, Blue Star, and Voltas are some of those companies that hire many students in the placement drive. The college teachers also make sure each student does internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is decent. Labs are well-developed specifically the mechanical labs. Wi-Fi works very well. The canteen food is very nice. Sports and events are much better than other colleges. Medical facilities are good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. They help very well before exams and all teachers are knowledgeable. Our head of the department is also nice and he is familiar to us. It is an autonomous college so we just have to bring 40 marks out of 100 and that is easy. There is no pressure to pass exams.

College has great faculty, good placements, average infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: I am a second-year student who has admission to the college and is not interested in placements, so I am not very aware of the placements and packages. However, our college gained autonomy this academic year, and two branches, ECS and AIML, were added. According to seniors, the college is offering much better placements than before, so I guess that's an improvement.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, and the hostels are also decent. There are air-conditioners in the labs, library, and a few classrooms. Projectors are available in each classroom, and smart boards are present in some classrooms. The canteen is good, offering various items. Wi-Fi is available only in the labs and library. Sports are available only for first-year students.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful and knowledgeable. All doubts are resolved with great teaching. The curriculum is relevant, but more current subjects could be added to make students industry-ready. Semesters are a little difficult, with a pass percentage of approximately 80%-85%.
Other: I feel that students, along with academics, need to participate in extracurricular activities as well. There are events in the college, but there is a lack of cultural activities like music, dance, and art. Engineering students are supposed to study, but these activities help refresh the mind and make studying more efficient.

Awesome faculty members and placement offers.
Placements: From my batch, 100% students got placed who ever sat for the campus placement. The highest package was around 12 LPA from Jaro Tech, and the lowest was 3 LPA from Sports Interactive. From my experience, BNP Paribas, IBM, and LTI were the best recruiters. Basically, very few people got internships; it may be 30%, and those are from off campus. The top roles would be data engineer, data analyst, and full-stack developer.
Infrastructure: For the CMPN Department (computer science), we have the best labs and library. But the classroom is like old school only. Wi-Fi will be only accessible in the labs and library, not in the classroom. The canteen is awesome; you can buy it anything, whatever you are craving. We have one floor for medical facilities and one for sports and games.
Faculty: The best faculty members are at our SFIT. Faculty members are very supportive and helpful, and mostly all have good knowledge and experience. You can ask any questions or doubts related to their expertise, and they will give the best solution for it. Also helping in building the projects and hackathons. I find little gap in curriculum and industry training, but to do this, we have a placement cell that fills this gap. If you finish everything that faculty members teach you, then it would be very easy; otherwise, you will find it difficult. I think 40% is the pass percentage.
Other: The reason for choosing the St. Francis Institute of Technology (SFIT) is just because here we have the best faculty members and placement offers. Internship opportunities can be improved. We have many fests and events organized on campus, whether they are one-time events or annual fests.

    Excellent infrastructure and placement support.
Placements: The highest package was of 9 Lacs rupees and average package is 3–4 lacs per annum. Recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, Capgemini, Voltas, Blue Star, etc. All branches that are available in the college get their roles as per their branch and interest, like IT or core branch roles.
Infrastructure: The canteen is not so good. But the infrastructure is quite good and the faculty members are good and helpful; they will always be available for your help. The classroom is good and there are also projectors also available so it is easy to understand for the students, and the teaching is good.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are very helpful and supportive in nature and will always be ready to help you. Yes, the course is proper and new branches are also introduced at the college. The passing marks at the end of the semester are 32 and for the IAT, the passing marks are 8 for each exam .

St. Francis Institute of Technology: Where Education and Experience Go Hand in Hand.
Placements: At St. Francis Institute of Technology, our batch found academics challenging, requiring hard work. The placement support was good, but job and internship opportunities were limited. We used LinkedIn and Internshala to find more chances and took extra courses to improve skills, but placements mostly favored computer/IT students, making it difficult for EXTC Electrical Mechanical Engineering students.
Infrastructure: St. Francis Institute of Technology has air-conditioned classrooms and well-equipped labs. Students can enjoy outdoor and indoor games, and the canteen offers affordable food. Medical facilities are also available on campus, providing a comfortable environment for everyone.
Faculty: Teachers at St. Francis Institute of Technology are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, ensuring good teaching quality. The curriculum is relevant and prepares students for the industry. Semester exams are very challenging and require preparation from day one.
