College review for a new student.
Placements: Placement is good. 95 percent of students got placed very well. Seniors are good, and all the companies and positions are also. The top companies for recruitment are Help, HP, etc. Here, nearly 50 percent of restaurants come for placements in mid-semester.
Infrastructure: Hostel life is very good here. Availability of food is on time at 4 in the morning, in the afternoon, and at night. There is very clean and hygienic food for all the students inside. They have proper sports and categories also. With a very long basketball court.
Faculty: Exams are very easy to pass here. Only 2 to 3 students are greatly stuck on the last exam, and except they pass. The exams are strictly administered. Follow all the rules and regulations of the guidelines they made for the students in the examination.

Review of Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.
Placements: My graduation year is 2028. I have completed only the first and second years so far, so I have limited information about placements. However, it is well known that high-paying placements are offered at Thadomal Shahani, with packages reaching up to 1 crore. A total of 51 companies have visited our campus for interviews. The placement rate is also quite high, around 40%, although there may be some discrepancies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and campus of Thadomal Shahani are unfortunately disappointing. The infrastructure of the new building is comparatively better as compared to the old building. There is absolutely no campus as the college is just one building. So if you are looking for a campus life, Thadomal Shahani is not for you. As for hostels, the college does not itself have a specific hostel although there are many PGs in Mumbai which students can choose to live in.
Faculty: Thadomal Shahani is a non-autonomous college which means that the papers in the first and final year are corrected by Mumbai University. The paper checking the quality of Mumbai University is not up to par, and in fact even worse. Thadomal Shahani cannot be blamed for it, but students who are coming to enroll in this college should be prepared for this. The course is updated every 4 years to make students ready for the industry although some more changes could be applied. As for faculty, there are some good teachers, some are bad, and even worse. However, the table is the same in every college.
Other: Thadomal Shahani offers a variety of clubs and activities for students to join. I can say with confidence that a student surely changes in these 4 years to become a better person. Surely there are things I would like Thadomal Shahani I would like to improve, but in the end, it is satisfying.

The college has good faculty members and placements.
Placements: About 80 to 90% of students get placed via college placements. The highest package is about 24 LPA, with the lowest being 6.5 LPA and the average is 9 LPA. Top recruiting companies are J. P. Morgan and Case, Deloitte, and Deutsche Bank. Currently, about 70% of students get internships. Top role offered is of SDE.
Infrastructure: The college provides clean and well-ventilated classrooms that support a positive academic environment. Wi-Fi is available in both the study rooms and laboratories, offering reliable internet access for academic work. The campus layout allows for easy movement and connectivity between various departments. The canteen, located on the ground floor of the old building, serves a variety of meals and snacks. While the college does not offer official hostel facilities, numerous PG accommodations and rentals are available nearby for students. However, there are currently no official sports facilities on campus.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, and helpful, and also provide doubt solving. Very knowledgeable staff in their respective domains. The course curriculum has been recently updated by Mumbai University, making it relevant for students, and making them industry-ready. Exams are a bit difficult to score in, thus making the students more competitive. The pass percentage is above 80%.
Other: I chose Thadomal Shahani Engineering College because of its talent-fostering nature. The best thing about my course is the constant help and guidance from the faculty and helpful seniors. Though the college should make improvements to the sports facility and should also try to provide hostel facilities for the students.

It has strong placements and good faculty members.
Placements: At Thadomal Shahani Engineering College, Bandra, the Computer Engineering batch of 2023-24 had an impressive placement rate of around 86.5%. The highest package was 55 LPA, and the average package was 12 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course were Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, Oracle, Deloitte, and Zycus. Over 60% of students received internships in Deutsche Bank offering Rs. 75,000 per month. Key roles offered are software developer, analyst, and business development associate.
Infrastructure: Thadomal Shahani Engineering College offers Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms, advanced computer labs, a well-stocked library, and seminar halls. The college lacks its own hostel, but it has tie-ups. The canteen offers decent food. Sports and medical aid are available.
Faculty: Faculty members at TSEC are qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good with a focus on practical learning. The course curriculum is industry-relevant with regular updates. Semester exams are moderately difficult, and the pass percentage is around 85-90%.

My college experience at Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.
Placements: College has a great placement percentage of around 96%. The highest salary package offered this year is around 40 LPA. The average salary package offered is around 8 LPA-10 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, etc.
Infrastructure: College has decent infrastructure with two buildings, namely old building and new building. Lifts, I must say, need some work as most of them are queued up by teaching faculty, and students generally need to opt for stairs. But apart from that, infrastructure is good. So, infra-wise, I would recommend my college.
Faculty: Teaching faculty of my college is very experienced and extremely friendly when it comes to doubt-solving. They also helped me a lot in improving my technical skills. Course curriculum is relevant and helpful, with subjects strengthening our technical skills.

Great college to start if you're well-versed with what you'd want in life.
Placements: Around 80% of students are placed at my university. The rest of the students intend to pursue Masters on their own. The highest package offered was 30 lakhs and the lowest package offer was around 4 lakhs. You’ll easily be able to get around a 7 lakh package if you are well-experienced and have good skills.
Infrastructure: The college has extraordinary infrastructure, starting from computer labs for research purposes to libraries where you can get all the books needed. TSEC doesn’t offer hostel facilities, but you can get a PG nearby the college to avoid long-distance travel.
Faculty: The teachers are great and very helpful. The curriculum is relevant enough, though it changes every 6 months according to the Mumbai University guidelines. The difficulty level isn’t that difficult if you’re well-prepared in advance. You could definitely ace the exams.
Other: I chose Computer Science as this being the safest course in engineering, and it will definitely help pursue my interest in coding. The college has various committees, and the vibes here are great.

Thadomal shahani engineering college .
Placements: In Thadomal Shahani Engineering College, almost 90% of the students are placed every year, and the placement cell is pretty solid. Recruiters like JP Morgan, Amazon, and many other companies recruit on the basis of the performance of the students. The average package of the college is around 8 LPA.
Infrastructure: The whole college has its own private Wi-Fi provider, and every floor has its own Wi-Fi. Many labs are there for practicals and a better understanding of the students. The canteen of the college is clean and good. The college doesn't have sports facilities, but games are organized in really good ways.
Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified in this college and are very knowledgeable. They will guide you through the semester and exams. They are very helpful and friendly. It follows the Mumbai University pattern in courses, and the courses are all related to getting placements.

Placement record is quite better , very small campus, 50 percent seats reserved for Sindhi minority.
Placements: The college has 100 percent placement record since years. The highest package offered 1 year before was 1.2 crores (international) and the lowest package was around 3 Lacs. Average package of the college is around 10 Lacs. Top recruiters are Deutsche Bank, J P Morgan, etc. The college has 50 percent reserved seats for Sindhi minority students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very poor and the college has very small campus. All classrooms are air conditioned. Hostel facility is not provided by the college. Students have to find it on their own, college helps in doing so. The food in the canteen is good but as said the infrastructure is very poor.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and have very high experience in teaching field. The curriculum is not so good as the college is not autonomous and affiliated with Mumbai university. Exams are of moderate level. Two internal exams are conducted before the main semester in first year.
Other: I am enrolled in computer engineering course. The best part of this course is good placement record. The curriculum must be updated by the Mumbai University. Fest are conducted by the student of the college and there are many committees to join. The campus is very small. Talking about the connectivity khar local station is around 1 km from the college and bandra local station is around 1.6 kms. The crowd is quite good here and the college give a very good exposure to students. Many students travel abroad every year to complete their Masters.
