Thakur Institute of Management Studies and Research has a dedicated Student Placement Committee that works throughout the year to connect with leading organisations and bring them on-campus during placement drives. According to the TIMSR Placement Brochure 2023-25, MMS students of this Institute got excellent placement opportunities from various sectors such as BFSI, FMCG, IT & Consulting, Real Estate and Manufacturing in 2024.
The Institute also conducts pre-placement training programs for students that are aligned with the present-day industry needs. Industry experts are invited to advise, train and mentor the students during the training programme. Further, students go through a series of practical exercises, workshops, guest lectures and seminars to become ready for the corporate world.
TIMSR conducts Summer Internship Program for every first year student at the end of second semester. The Internship Program is for a period of 8 weeks and is conducted during May and June.
