Great learning experience with improving placements and solid infrastructure.
Placements: Placement scenario at Thakur Shyamnarayan Engineering College is gradually improving. In the recent batch, around 60-70% of students got placed. The highest package touches around 8 LPA to 10 LPA. The average package is 3 LPA to 4 LPA. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Accenture visit the campus, along with some local tech firms and startups. Roles offered include software engineer, analyst, and tech support. The placement cell is supportive and conducts regular training, aptitude sessions, and soft skills development programs to enhance student readiness.
