Review of THDC Institute of Hydropower Engineering and Technology (THDC-IHET).
Placements: It does not require a higher percentage to get into this college. The high package is also not offered in the college. The top roles are offered in our course. THDC Limited Corporation company visits the college for internships of students.
Infrastructure: There are all the facilities for all courses and the particular department. All the labs, classrooms, and library are well-maintained. The mess food is way much better than other government colleges. Sports and games are good. Medical facilities are also provided.
Faculty: Faculty members are knowledgeable and well-qualified. The course curriculum is relevant, and it also makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are conducted by UTU, which are not much harder and not much easier. 40% is the pass percentage.
Other: I chose the course civil engineering because I love creative things and civil engineering is full of creation.

My dream college THDC-IHET.
Placements: In this college, placements are not so good but at the end of our degree, some companies come and hire a few students every year. The highest package offered in our college is 21 LPA which is an off-campus package. The lowest package offered is 2 LPA. Top role offered in our course is a software engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is fully furnished in our classes and hostel rooms. All infrastructure is well-maintained and in good condition. The college provides many facilities to students like giving Wi-Fi to students on their IDS. The library facility is also good and it has all books. The quality of mess food is very good. The canteen is also available on college campus.
Faculty: All faculty members are very supportive. They help students whenever they want help and solve the students' queries. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester examinations are not so hard. Students require at least 50% to pass exams.

IHETian review. This college is average and improving every year.
Placements: About 30% of students got placed. The highest package is 32 LPA and the lowest package is 12 LPA. Top companies are BHEL and THDC. About 20% of students got internships from my course in Internshala, IIT Roorkee, Chandigarh, etc. Roles offered in course is engineer.
Infrastructure: This college is full of facilities and infrastructure. In every department, there are CCTV labs and also there is a central library occupied with many types of books. Each student has Wi-Fi and it's password. Hostel I would rate 5 stars. Hostel is the best. I would rate 5 stars to the quality of food. Central canteen is available. Medical facilities, sports, and games are available.
Faculty: Teachers are very supportive, helpful, and well-qualified. They have completed their degree from IIT. They are knowledgeable. The teaching quality is the best. They provide question papers before exams. Course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate. The minimum percentage is 33%.
Other: I wanted to become a renowned engineer so I chose this course. The best thing is that in starting we have to learn everything about electrical, mechanical, civil, AI, and computer fields. Events are held regularly.
Seminars and hackathon with cash prizes are also conducted. Campus crowd is below average. AICTE is one of the scholarships. Various extracurricular activities like volleyball, football, and cricket are conducted.

Infrastructure and faculty are good but low placement chances on campus.
Placements: About 50% of students get placed in our college. The highest salary offered is around 10 LPA - 12 LPA. The average package is around 2.5 LPA - 3.5 LPA. Students get better off-campus placements and on-campus internships. Students did not get on-campus internships.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and hostels have good infrastructure. In winter, there is a shortage of water in the hostel bathrooms. In summer, we have to go to an admin block for drinking water. It is about 500 meters from the boys' hostel. Wi-Fi does not work properly many times in the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are good. There are rarely one or two good teachers. Professors and all teachers are assistant professors. The HODs of departments are assistant professors. Semester exams are moderate. We have to score more than 60 marks out of 150 in each subject.

The college environment is very good and pollution-free.
Placements: Only a few students are placed in our course. The highest package is about 7 Lacs and the lowest package is 3 Lacs. PI Information recruiting company and BSNL. About 25 percent of students have done internships in THDC company. Software developed, software engineer.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of labs and classrooms are very good and well-maintained. The college also provides the facility of a library in which all types of books are present. The college also provides a Wi-Fi facility. The college ground is very small and the mess food is also below average. And the college also provides a gym facility but the condition of the gym is not good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful but not all teachers. All the teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is not so good. The college does not make any student industry-ready. Few students who did hard work themselves are industry-ready. Semester exams in college are not so hard.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in Computer Science Engineering. Events and fests are organized by students themselves, the college does not support any events. Scholarships are also provided to students who are under some quota.

The campus is located on hills side which is beautiful.
Placements: The placement of our college is about 63.3% last year with the highest package around 8-12 LPA and median was about 3-4 LPA. The companies that came for placement were TCS, YAMAHA motors, THDC, Infosys, and many other small fintech startups. Overall 60% students got internships.
Infrastructure: The facility was little bit good but infrastructure is best with Wi-Fi facility available throughout the campus and comfortable classroom and the best quality of labs. The quality of mess food is also good and hostels are very safe for students no ragging is there. And there are many games facilities available.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are very helpful but the teaching quality is not good, faculty is not up to the mark, the semester exam is very difficult and passing criteria is also very high, they also teach us skills which is good for industry purpose and they ready us for industry.
Other: There are top-class events and fests in the campus and there are so many scholarships for weak financial background students.
