Review of The Oxford College of Engineering.
Placements: Companies like Cummins, Airbus, Volvo Group, Control Flux System Private Limited, Royal Enfield, iRobot, Ashok Leyland, Fest India, Cell Propulsion, Compton, Legrand, and Tata Power were the major prime recruiters from the department of Mechatronics and the engineering department.
Faculty: Faculty members were well-resourced by both technical and non-technical studies. Faculty members were highly skilled in practically applying the technical concept. Faculty members had shown their hike in their academic performance day by day which resulted in their tremendous performance in academic results. The Oxford College of Engineering offered various courses in a number of streams like engineering, architecture, medical, and others. The entrance like KCET or COMEDK was the primary thing for entrance into the college as the college primarily followed the VTV rules and other disciplinary actions.

The Oxford College of Engineering is a good place to study.
Placements: I am a B.E biotechnology student as per my opinion, the college is good based on academics. But it's been 2 years, and I will be passing out in 2027. I do not know much about placement and all but I think you can get an average placement here.
Infrastructure: It's good although better food and all. We have library and everything is fine. But there is a lot of infrastructure work going on around the campus, maybe 3-4 years it will be much better and good for now. It's still an average because of the construction work going on.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, helpful, and explain concepts clearly. Teaching quality is good, with a focus on both theory and practical. The course curriculum is updated and mostly relevant to industry needs. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty, neither too easy nor too tough. The pass percentage is usually high if students attend classes and study regularly.
Other: They provide us SSP scholarship. There are no such events taking place.

Technically strong curriculum with good faculty support and a vibrant campus life.
Placements: I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Oxford College of Engineering, Bangalore, in the 2021-2025 batch. In our course, approximately 70% of eligible students secure placements through campus recruitment drives.
Infrastructure: The Electrical and Electronics Engineering department at The Oxford College of Engineering offers excellent infrastructure. It has well-equipped classrooms and department-specific laboratories. It includes the electrical machines lab, power electronics lab, and microcontroller lab. All supported by industry-relevant software such as MATLAB and KEIL.
Faculty: Faculty in the electrical and electronics engineering department at The Oxford College of Engineering are well qualified, experienced, and supportive. Most professors hold postgraduate or doctoral degrees and are approachable for academic doubts, project guidance, and mentoring.
Other: I am from the 2021-2025 batch of EEE at The Oxford College of Engineering. I choose this course because of my deep interest in electronics, automation, and hands-on technology. The best things about the course are the practical-oriented labs, supportive faculty, and opportunities to work on real-world projects like IoT, embedded systems, and power systems.

I am really satisfied because of our faculty members.
Placements: At The Oxford College of Engineering, students who get placed in my batch are above 40%. In this college, a lot of companies come to hire the final year students and also the third year students. It provides internships to the selected students.
Infrastructure: The hostel is also provided by the college management. The hostel is good with a good infrastructure. Food in the hostel is also good, and it gives snacks in the evening. The food quality is awesome in the hostel mess. There is also a library.
Faculty: Teachers are good, and they give 100% of efforts to get good percentage of marks in the VTU exams. Basically, this college comes under the VTU, so the rules they give are followed by the college. If we study well, there are no worries about exams as they are average.
Other: I chose this course in this college because I really love to be a good software developer.

Good teachers, supportive in nature, average placements. Some fake reviews by irregular students.
Placements: About 80% are placed in college, most are in sales and low companies due to the recession. Some reviews here are fake including, there is a review under my name. This is my original review and my USN is 1OX21CS096 just in case. So, the PPO has brought various companies like Juspay, Squadcast, and Ellucian so far. Ellucian is currently the highest CTC offered around 9 LPA. Last year, PhonePe came to college. Some companies give internships like Vision Net, etc. The roles here are SDE, SRE, and mostly sales.
Infrastructure: I don't reside at a hostel for now so I cannot comment on that. Food is okay in mess and canteens. There is a dental college nearby for medical needs. The staff are supportive. A student in CSE has fits during lectures. The staff and facilities responsible handled it and ensured that he was healthy.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and college is good in terms of research support. Some faculty members are good in terms of machine learning and also TOC. College has a good research cell. Library is good with access to tools like drillbit. I published two papers while in this college, and pass percentage is high. I don't know the exact numbers.

Absolute worthless and dissatisfied due to the responsible placement officer.
Placements: Placement is very bad at this college. On the website, you can see Oracle, SAP, and Google even in banner but none of them come to college. The companies that visited are based on engineering roles at Ellucian, Cognizant, and Accenture. The placement officer is responsible and brings only sales company to show higher placement states and the current principal is useless. He only cares about attendance and won't support you even if you get internships since they impact attendance. My course (CSE) has the highest placement rate. The highest CTC on campus is 8.5 LPA from Ellucian.
Infrastructure: No Wi-Fi and lack of systems in lab made it hopeless. The chairman spends all the engineering college found on dental college and here we get outdated Windows XP systems that won't even turn on. The classrooms in CSE in good we have one ICT classroom which is recently installed. Library has limited books and no IEEE or springer access, specifically if someone is interested in research like me this college is useless. There is no support for extracurricular activities as well.
Faculty: Most teachers are focused on getting their work done and also involve students in pretty department politics. In CSE only one faculty named Asha Hebbar is helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Other faculty members just read stuff from PPT or don't teach anything.
Other: I got this under snq quota from KCET and I always loved computers. This college is one of the biggest regrets I have in my life since college is focused on money making rather than increasing the quality of teaching and placements. Recently, our department lost NBA aggregation as well. Even though I got placed off campus this college is not worth it. I would recommend other colleges that are somewhat responsible.
