Satisfied with my college for placements and the knowledge gained.
Placements: 31 students out of 140 have been placed till now. The average package offered is 4LPA, and the highest package offered is 14LPA. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, Caterpillar, Zoho, Embed your, and so on. A few got internships in TCS and Fidelity. I do not know about the roles offered.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi can be a little bit better, but the classes and rooms near the outer get good Wi-Fi. Lawns, classrooms, and the library possess a good infrastructure and also better facilities. The mess and canteen offer only veg food, which is also good. Our college gives importance to both sports and studies.
Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable, qualified, and also helpful in studies. Courses are prepared by our college staff, as our institute is autonomous and relevant to the present industry. The pass percentage crosses over 90, and the exams are quite easy to clear.
Other: Events are held often, but the big events occur once a semester. I chose this course because of my interest. Overall, a good college for placements and knowledge.

It is a top college with good placements and environment.
Placements: Around 80-90% of students get placed in the top companies. The highest package offered is 20 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.36 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our course are Texas Instruments, Caterpillar Inc., Honeywell, EmbedUR, Econ, MBIT, etc. Around 30% of students got internship offers.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good. It has a greenish environment. There is a free Wi-Fi facility around the entire area. It has a well-developed library with an advanced collection of books. Labs have all the needed and recent equipment. A lot of computers are available in computer labs. The hostel is also good. It has a calm environment with free Wi-Fi and neatly maintained toilets. The food is vegetarian only but the taste is excellent.
Faculty: Most of the teachers have good knowledge and experience. They actively take the class and interact with students. The course curriculum is more relevant to make students company-ready. It has covered all basics to advance topics. If we follow the class regularly and write good internal. We can easily clear semester exams. The pass percentage is 93%.
Other: I chose this course because the course covers both core and IT fields. We can choose any field we want, and it's a major advantage in ECE. A lot of scholarships are provided for students who need them.

    Good infrastructure. Lot of facilities.
Placements: In the final year of civil engineering, over 70% of students are placed in IT and core companies. The highest package is 12 LPA and the lowest is 4 LPA. L&T and Sobha are top recruiting companies. Each student gets an internship with various core companies. The top roles offered include site engineer and plan designer.
Infrastructure: Each block has separate Wi-Fi routers, clean classrooms with good ventilation, and an updated library system with many core books for every department. Hostel food is purely vegetarian, sustainably sourced, hygienic, tasty, and healthy. The hostel has a playground for each year's students, a canteen for snacks and stationery, and an infirmary.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful with various aspects, including doubts about higher studies, preparation for government exams, placements, and aptitude. Our college faculty is well-trained and experienced. The course curriculum is relevant to company placements. The pass percentage for semester exams is 50%.
Other: I was interested in civil engineering, so I searched for the best college in southern Tamil Nadu and found this one, which specializes in civil engineering. Our college conducts many inter-college and intra-college events. Many scholarships are available for students, including government and alumni scholarships.

Life at TCE course, infrastructure and more.
Placements: 100% placement is assured at this college. Everybody gets placed in at least the minimum package offered by the company. The highest as of now is 24 LPA to 30 LPA and the lowest could be 3.5 to 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Shop Up, Sahaj, Brillio, Kia, Accenture, Caterpillar, Fidelity and so on, and most of these companies offer summer internships. Due to the recession, companies like TCS and Zoho did not visit this time. Mostly software-developer, tester, backend roles, etc. are offered.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, and a library are offered and utilized well. Wi-Fi may not be good in certain areas. The hostel per room accommodates 4 and the hostel food is purely vegetarian. Taste is average only and the overall cost is 70,000. TCE supports students in participating in various sports, like basketball, cricket, hockey and so on.
Faculty: Teaching is good and the curriculum is not so tough. Yet self-study helps to gain more knowledge in depth since the courses offer a basic layout. Semester exams are not so tough; most of the questions will be from internals. The pass percentage is around 80%.
Other: This course covers recent trends and if your really passionate about code, you can select this course to become a software developer. But events are very few; there are no celebrations for any occasion.

    Satisfied because of quality staffs.
Placements: This year, our seniors are lucky as some cool companies are visiting our campus. From Sobha construction offering the highest package of 12 Lacs to Renault Nissan with the lowest package at 3.8 Lacs, there's been a range of opportunities. Companies like TVS Motors, Hyundai, Bluestar, TAFE, TEAL, L and T, Saint gobain, Wood PLC, Mando brakes, and Technip energies have been there to give a lot of opportunities. Mando brakes took in the most students with 15 of our seniors getting offers and they are offering 5 Lacs each, which is awesome. Even though most of the placements are in core mechanical roles, some students have also landed in IT companies. But, its a bit of a bummer that not many IT companies came this year, making a bit tough for everyone. So far, around 55 out of 120 students have placed till this march month but the good thing is that out of that 55 students 40 are core placements.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are good in our college with well-equipped labs for practical learning and a comprehensive library stocked with good books, journals and materials. College has good Wi-Fi facilities but within hostel we will experience poor internet and Wi-Fi connection. A hostel room to be shared by 4 members but the chair in a room is limited to 2. Previously they have provided 4 chair per room but later the means hostel warden made a sudden change and took 2 chair from each room for his electrical department. Even we did too many protest in the hostel office, nothing happened. I hate my hostel life but my college life overweigh it.
Faculty: The majority of teachers in our college are well qualified, supportive, and knowledgeable, with approximately 90% meeting their criteria. One standout educator is Dr. K. Srithar sir, who is particularly brilliant and influential, delivering engaging lectures that encourage high attendance rates. His teaching methodology emphasis practical application, making the learning experience more effective. Regarding semester exams, while they are not overly easy, they can be considered manageable. Pass percentage typically range from 80 to 90%. Moreover, the curriculum is designed to align with industrial trends, ensuring that students are well prepared for the workforce upon graduation.
Other: My cutoff was 190 only so I chose Mechanical department. At start, it was hard for me to learn mechanical as I was not interested in taking this course but my family situation forced me to take this. Then, I realized that the mechanical is full of interesting things when compared to EEE. This new interest fuels me to be engaged in mechanical and now I love myself being a mechanical engineer. As the placements are also good for mechanical this year, I realized that I have chosen a good path.
