Absolutely satisfied with the teaching facilities and campus environment.
Placements: 80-85% of students from CSE get placed. The highest package is 30 LPA. The lowest is 3-4 LPA. The average is 5-6 LPA. Recruiters are TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, Capgemini, & Zoho. 60-70% of students get internships through companies, startups, and other IT firms. Common roles include Software Developer, Software Engineer, Web Developer, Full Stack Developer, Data Analyst, and Testing roles. The placement opportunities are decent. This is especially true for students who focus on coding, aptitude, and interview preparation.
Infrastructure: The college has good facilities for CSE students. It has Wi-Fi. There are computer labs. Smart classrooms are available. The library is good. The overall infrastructure is decent. Labs have the required systems and software for practical classes. The hostel facilities are okay. The mess food is average. Some days the food is good. Some days it is not so good. The canteen has decent food options. Medical facilities are available on campus. There are also good options for sports and games. Facilities are satisfactory and comfortable for students.
Faculty: Teachers are mostly helpful. They are qualified and have good knowledge of their subjects. The teaching quality is decent. Most faculty members explain concepts clearly. They are available when students need help. The CSE curriculum is relevant. It covers important technical subjects. Students need to learn some extra skills to become fully industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty. If you attend classes and prepare regularly, they are manageable. The pass percentage is generally good, around 50%.

    Review of Sathyabama University.
Placements: I completed B.E. in CSE in the 2022-2026 batch. Placement opportunities are one of the stronger aspects. A large number of companies visit the campus every year. Recruiters include TCS, Accenture, and many others. Overall, it is good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for the CSE department is good. It provides facilities required for an engineering student. The campus has computer laboratories, classrooms, library facilities, Wi-Fi connectivity, and space for practical learning. The computer facilities are useful for programming.
Faculty: Faculty in the CSE department are generally qualified. They are knowledgeable. Most of them are approachable when students need clarification or academic guidance. The curriculum covers important areas such as programming. It also covers data structures and many other subjects.

The placement and the overall college are the best in Tamil Nadu.
Placements: The placement opportunities for students in this course are quite promising. 70% of students secure jobs after completing the programme. Salary packages vary, with the highest offered at around 16 LPA, the lowest at approximately 3 LPA, and an average of 5 LPA. The course benefits from strong industry linkage, with reputed companies such as Amazon and JSW visiting the campus for recruitment. These organisations offer students a chance to begin their careers in established firms.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is so bad. I cannot even send a message sometimes. If I want Wi-Fi, I have to go to the Wi-Fi zone. Even there, the connection is slow. The classrooms are good in all semesters. The library is good, clean, and silent. So I can focus and do my work properly. I am an off campus student, so I do not know about the hostel. The medical facility is good. I visited the hospital twice during my third semester. It is good and clean, and the doctor is polite. Sports are important. Facilities are not bad. There is still room for improvement.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They are knowledgeable. They have good teaching quality. The curriculum is good but can be improved with new technology. The semester exams are easier if I study properly. The overall pass percentage is around 50%, including internals. The college is the best compared to others.
Other: I chose ME because I like automobiles and machines, so I took this course. The curriculum can include more new technology. Even fests and other activities are great.

Absolutely satisfied with the curriculum. Good placements in 2026 and good infrastructure.
Placements: More than 4000 students were placed from our institution across various courses. The placement process provides opportunities with multiple reputed companies. Students received multiple opportunities in roles such as software development, testing, business analysis, and other IT-related roles.
Infrastructure: Our college provides very good infrastructure and facilities for students. Classrooms are spacious. They are well maintained. They have modern teaching facilities. The department has well-equipped computer labs. Students have access to libraries. Other academic resources are also available. Hostel facilities are good. The mess and canteen services are decent. Medical facilities are also available.
Faculty: Faculty members are qualified. They are helpful and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. The curriculum is well structured. It is relevant to the current industry requirements. It helps students develop both technical and practical skills. Semester exams are conducted systematically. Students are given enough time and guidance to prepare.
Other: The course provides a good overall learning experience. I chose it because it offers good career opportunities.

Good college and infrastructure, quite busy.
Placements: More than 90 percent of the students are placed here from Sathyabama, which is a major plus point on my side. The maximum package last year was 42 LPA, I guess so they provide even placement training on campus for an extra Rs. 30,000 for 2 years and it's quite good also, the skills are good.
Infrastructure: The college has advanced classrooms only for Computer Science courses others get a normal classroom. They get Wi-Fi on campus but not mobile data inside the classroom. CSE and specialisation even get individual computers and air-conditioned classrooms.
Faculty: The exams and semesters are pretty challenging. If you are an average student, the faculty only teaches the lessons and goes, but we want to study using online notes and no books are provided in college. They are uploaded in LMS. 50 percent is the pass percentage which is quite a lot.
Other: It is too crowded in every place.
