It is a very good college in my view because the college has excellent services.
Placements: Tilak College offers a diverse range of courses, with the lowest package starting at 4 LPA and the average at 6 LPA. The course job has a wide scope in finance and advertising. The students also have the opportunity for internships due to companies recruiting for job openings.
Infrastructure: The campus has a hostel, and the lectures are on time, but the teachers are very nice and good. The Wi-Fi is allowed for students, and the labs have a pharmacy and IT facilities for students and staff. The facilities are also nice; they have a ground and sports.
Faculty: Teachers conduct sessions every month. They explain the terms of the subjects. They also save time for industrial visits and work, and the semester exams are every 5 months. The exams are challenging and closely supervised.
Other: The course explores the campus and the surrounding area, and the crowd is made up of students.

The college was very good, and it works with many companies for placements.
Placements: The percentage required for admission to this course is 50%. The average package for this course is Rs. 50,000. The companies hire for finance and marketing. The college also approaches internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: The college has fast Wi-Fi for students for their studies. The classrooms are also neat and clean. The college has labs for pharmacy, computer, and IT for students. They also approach students for sports, and the annual sports day celebrates the faculty, which is also very neat and clean.
Faculty: Teachers are very understanding and cooperative. They communicate confidently and gratefully with students. They also arrange trips for industrial visits (IV) for second-year and third-year students to work with companies. The college's exams felt easy to write answers to.
Other: The best thing about the course is that there are options for two majors: Finance and Marketing, allowing students to choose one. The improvement is in communication, understanding, and interaction with people, and there are also events like music festivals, Finance Fest, Annual Day, etc.

Our college has good faculty members, but the education is not enough to progress in life.
Placements: Placements are not up to the mark Only 30% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA and the lowest is 1 LPA. Recruiting companies include Infosys.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not that good compared to other institutions. Wi-Fi is not available here. The library is small. Sometimes. It's full of students. Classrooms are not cleaned well, and the canteen food is not good to eat on a daily basis.
Faculty: Teachers are friendly and helpful. They were qualified for their profession. They conduct industrial visits. Exams are not that difficult. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose this course because it is easy to complete and will help me find jobs quickly. B.Com Honours is not available here. There are various events and scholarships.

Our college has good faculty members.
Placements: Around 25% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary offered is Rs. 60,000 per month. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 30,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Jio, etc. The highest salary offered for our course is Rs. 50,000 per month.
Infrastructure: The library of our college is good. Classrooms are well-maintained. Wi-Fi is not available in our college. Our college does not provide a hostel facility.
Faculty: Teachers are very good. They always support their students. Exams are difficult. If you concentrate on lectures, you can pass. Teachers do not help in exams, and it is not needed if you listen to all lectures carefully. All exam questions can be easily acknowledged.

It is a good college with a good environment, which makes everything perfect.
Placements: Almost 70% of students were placed from our course. Many companies like Deloitte, EY, Accenture, CA firms, Hexaware and many more IT companies hire students for roles like CA, and then CS human resources, finance, etc. The highest salary provided by our college ranges in lacs, and the average salary offered will range from Rs. 30,000 per month. The lowest salary offered will range between Rs. 5,000-10,000 per month. The maximum of 50%-60% of students got internships from our course in companies like Hexaware, etc.
Infrastructure: All the facilities have been provided in our college as the infrastructure is very good and nice. We feel active and fresh when we go inside the campus. There is gymkhana and many labs for science students. I love the computer lab. The canteen is very nice, where I get to eat everything I wanted, and the food is hygienic also. The classrooms are good and huge. Medical facilities are available here, and even there is a good playground to play and do activities.
Faculty: The faculty members of our college are the best, and they are like my friends. Every teacher wants to interact with every student, so both of them are familiar with each other. The teaching is the best as teachers are best. Principal MA'am is very nice. All viva, tests and practicals have been conducted in time.
Other: I love our college as it is the best college I can recommend to any student. I never skip going to college as I feel very nice in our college. I will miss everything I did there.

Our college facilities are decent.
Placements: There are almost 90 students in our college. The fee is around Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000 per year. I have never heard any top companies names visit our college for placements. I am currently just studying 12th standard, so I didn't know how many students got internships in our college.
Infrastructure: There are all facilities like medical, sports, games and food. The canteen is recently built new, so they have added varieties of dishes, snacks, deserts which I like to have during breaks. We have Wi-Fi, labs and the library also, and our college has all basic facilities.
Faculty: All faculty members in our college have 5 to 10 years of experience who teach us. I understand every subject, excluding English because they have hired a new teacher who has less than one year of experience. I didn't concentrate the class as the way she teaches us.
Other: As you know, all things have been online, so I wish that they should teach BK subject and also HTML programme on the computer, not on books. As you know currently, anyone can make a website using WordPress without any knowledge of HTML, so I wish they should teach us that also.

It is value for money in Navi Mumbai.
Placements: It was very okayish. Some companies did visit the campus, but not that great. Teachers shared job updates and walk-in interview opportunities. However, finding a good job through placements was still difficult because there were not many opportunities after graduation.
Infrastructure: There were no hostels. The Wi-Fi was okayish because the network range was not good. Classrooms were fine, and the library was good. One of the worst things was climbing five floors every morning. There was a lift, but it was only for staff members. The canteen needed improvement, and the water system also needed regular cleaning because insects were sometimes found inside the water filters.
Faculty: Teachers were good, though not all of them. The passing percentage was 40%. The course was good, and teaching was mostly done through projectors, PDF reading, presentations, and explanations. The exams were not very difficult. Sometimes students met more bad people than good ones, but there were still a few amazing individuals.
Other: The college was trying to improve every year. The Tatva Fest was improving and doing its best. Still, compared to other colleges, it was slightly behind.

B.Com passed year 2022, The teachers and HOD nature and very Polite.
Placements: I passed at 2022 and that time they don? T give placement. It can be because of Covid, no one come for placement because usually Tilak give placement or reference for anyone who need it. College campus and facility? S are okay. But Teacher are very supportive.
Infrastructure: They don? T have hostel and other facility is costly according to feels they charges. In 2022 the admin also is not supporting it can be because of corona but I didn? T have good experience. They don? T provide any hostel in campus so anyone one out of city so they have to arrange.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful for everything and they teach will also. In my fleid you will says so no students have to learn industry thing to work in corporate. To be honest my all semester gone in corona so I didn? T give any exam in written but yes last 2 semesters I given online so it was moderate questions and passing marks is 35%. .
