University School of Open Learning, Panjab University Scholarships and Funding
2500 scholarships are provided to eligible differently-abled students for Degree and Post Graduate level professional and technical courses.
Post Matric Scholarship for OBC Students: Those candidates belonging to OBCs so specified in relation to the State/Union Terrritory to which the applicant actually belongs, i.e. is permanently settled, who have passed the Matriculation or higher secondary or any higher examination of a recongnized university or Board of Secondary Education and who belong to a family having income not exceeding Rs. 1 lac per annum are eligible.

Placements: In this course, they don't offer you placements but the internship is mandatory which is done and applied for by the students only. The placements are only for the degree courses and not for the Diploma courses. There is a lack of practical knowledge as no support is provided from the University for internships.
Placements: The placement rate is almost 90% in B.Com. The salary package is 8.5 LPA to 40 PA. Recruiting companies include Amazon, Dabur, etc. Almost 75% of students got internships. The roles offered in our course include accountants.

The Panjab University B.Ed. entrance examination for the year 2024 was conducted on July 14, 2024. The entrance exam took place from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The result is declared on the web portal results.puchd.ac.in.
