Velalar college of engineering and technology in Erode.
Placements: The salary package may differ from one another; it was usually based on the skill set of the students. As I was an average student and dreamed of being placed as an HR, I was asked to attend all the training by the staff. Finally, I got placed in Capgemini as a software engineer.
Infrastructure: We must wear uniforms on the mandatory days, and we were ordered to maintain the college decorum. Mostly, we were able to see digital libraries and classrooms on our campus. Breaking rules and other activities results in the suspension of students from the college.
Faculty: While coming to exam easiness, it's really harder to pass because questions were mostly based on practical application and real-time applications. So complete understanding of the syllabus will make us clear exams easily. Teachers were well-matured, and they were able to handle everything individually.

A Review about my college.
Placements: However we have average placements capability in our college.Literally most of the medium scaled companies came for placement drives. But lot of our friends got placed in various start up companies with decent salary packages.Literally 3.2 lakhs is the average salary package that students got placed.
Infrastructure: Initially we have seperate hostel facilities for girls and boys students. But due to it's reconstruction the students are to asked to vacated from the hostel. Now we were arranged with hostel facilities outside the campus. Also in our college we were supported with bus facilities for transportation.
Faculty: There is a seperate hostel facilities for boys and girls students. It's my final year of my college days, till now I won't have any issues like favouritism, discrimination. Our teachers gave priority to every individual students ask us to concentrate on our passion. While they allocate sometimes to take special class in order to clarify the doubts of students.

This college gives you the must-needed experience.
Placements: Students with 7.5 CGPA are eligible to attend the placement interview. The highest package is 25 LPA and the lowest is 6 LPA. Zoho, HCL, and Wipro are the major recruitment companies in this college. Students must have some dedication and interest to show some skills.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure and clean and neat classrooms, good library facilities, more than average food. Hostel life gives you more memorable moments and lessons. Students should have some responsibilities about the place and give some respect. Boys Hostel provides outings daily from 6 to 9.
Faculty: Practical teaching method, more extracurricular activities, friendly faculty. Experience in the college gives more lessons to learn. Self-learning is the best learning, and the teacher gives only guidance to improve your skills, like communication and technology-related.
Other: This college provides the scholarship.

Overall, the best college for MBA course.
Placements: So far, more than 90% of students who have opted for placements have been placed. The highest, lowest and average CTC of my course are 15 LPA, 10 LPA, and 5 LPA, respectively. Top recruiting firms are Wipro, TCS, Amazon, Cognizant, Deloitte, etc. 95% students got internships from college in companies like Aditya Birla, Sunstone, Lenskart and many more. Students are given roles like Digital Marketing Trainee, SEO Analyst, BDA, Research analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college foundation and offices were great sufficient for our department. Our college had labs with all vital hardware and security tests. The college has offices like Wi-Fi, library, canteen, sports, etc. for the understudies. The college campus was completely secured, and therapeutic offices were accessible in case of crisis.
Faculty: Our college teachers are supportive, helpful, and provide notes to students. The course curriculum is reviewed every year. There is also a feedback system for teachers and courses. This helps us to add important topics to our courses every year. Teachers usually teach through presentations. Semester exams are easy to score, and the pass rate is above 75%. .

College is average. Faculty is good. The campus is good.
Placements: 60% of students got placed. 5.8 LPA is the package offered on campus. Infosys, IBM, Accenture, and Deloitte are the recruiting companies that come to our college. An average of 60% of students got internships. Roles offered are engineer, assistant, etc. Placement is average.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi facility, classrooms, table, bench, and everything is good. Regular activities and classes are conducted here. The library is also good. The noise in the library is very low, and the library has the facility of AC. There are good chairs to sit in the library. There is a large collection of books and a large collection of magazines.
Faculty: There are semester exams in college and both external and internal exams. Teachers take good care of themselves. The Sirsa who come from the faculty board are also regularly guarded properly. There is CCTV in the examination hall here. I will say that the exam is not very difficult and not very easy. The college faculty is good.
Other: The main reason for me to take ECE ( electronics and communication engineering) is that this course has many job guarantees in the future, and I like this engineering course.
