Everything is very good in our college.
Placements: Almost 80% of students got placed in our course. Students got placed in veterinary inspector job roles after completion of this course. Top recruiting companies were Virbac, Mankind, and Intas. Students also got offers from international companies. Internships were also offered in this course.
Infrastructure: Our campus was very clean. Canteen was available. It also provided a decent library. All laboratories were available in our college. Pathological and anatomy laboratories were provided. Our campus is situated on the main highway. A farm of Sahiwal cows was available for students for practical work.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful and well-qualified. The teaching quality was excellent. Few teachers were doctorates in this course. Three semester exams were conducted in this college. The pass percentage was 50%.
Other: The future was very bright after doing this course. Our college should increase the seats for this course. Events like freshers' party and farewells were conducted. All sports activities were organised in this college. Our university also provided scholarships to SC students.

Veterinary Polytechnic College is the best.
Placements: At the time of admission in our batch, there was an option for both medical and non-medical students who score 60 % or more. The salary package offered mainly depends on us and our hard work in the field. Verka is the top recruiting company and we also have recruitment by government. All the students got internships.
Infrastructure: It was an average college because our batch was the 2nd batch of the college. So it was in a developing stage. So mostly there was no well-established infrastructure, but the facilities for all the things like a geyser in the hostel which runs by solar were available.
Faculty: Teachers were well educated. They were holding mastere's in their field and some were still pursuing Ph.D. from the university. With this course, students get the basic knowledge of the field and according to this knowledge they do well in the field.
Other: You can opt for this course if you are an animal lover.

Absolutely satisfied with this college.
Placements: 45% students are placed in this course. ₹30k/month is offered as a minimum package. Government Jobs are mostly preferred. Students can join as vet technicians at some clinics or hospitals. 98% of students get internships, and more than 89% get jobs. Vet technician is the highest level of diploma, followed by vet surgeon, VI, or VO for students who have completed their bachelor's degree.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available all the time. The labs are in fully working condition. Smart classrooms, along with blackboards, are there. Library with high quality and quantity of stuffs like books, tables and chairs. Mess food is better than at other colleges. The canteen is better than at other colleges. Medical facilities are good. Sports are played twice or three times a year. Games available are volleyball, badminton, cricket, table tennis, chess and carrom.
Faculty: Teachers are highly helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The curriculum is relevant. Students are ready to enter the industry by the time of their internships. Semester exams can be cleared only if students have attended lectures daily and attentively. 90% is the pass percentage.
Other: I chose this course because animal life is as important as human life. Animals do have violence and a few help them. This course helps us remove animals from stress and difficulty and you feel free to do that.

Q:   What are the requirements to pursue a career in Veterinary courses after completing BTech in Computer Science and Engineering?
A:

The BTech degree in Computer Science and Engineering is pretty different from pursuing a career in Veterinary Science. So, it will sort of be a career and educational shift. The following are the steps you may take:

  • Do the Needed Coursework: Enroll in and complete the minimum required undergraduate coursework in basic sciences, like biology and chemistry, which are essential in admission to most veterinary schools.
  • Get Veterinary Experience: Try to gain some veterinary work experience.
  • Study for Entrance Exams: Most veterinary schools require candidates to take an entrance exam.
  • Get into Veterinary School: If accepted, complete the degree. The degree would include coursework, clinical rotations, and practical experience in veterinary medicine.
  • Get Licensed: After obtaining the DVM degree, you will have to get licensed by passing the Veterinary Licensing Examination in the country or state where you wish to practice.
