Review of Villa Marie College for women.
Placements: There were 0 students placed in my course. There were only 3 small companies who showed up. They offered very small roles like call center roles and content writing. The salary offered is Rs. 10,000 a month and not all students would like to sit for such small roles.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility in my college. This is a small college and not many people stay away from their home.
Faculty: Our teachers are not qualified. They are very young. They do not have much experience in the field. There are faculty who just completed their studying and joined as a teacher who did not even qualify by NEET. The course combination is interesting. They change faculty members for every year or every sem. They do have knowledge but fail to put that in class.
Other: I chose the course because of the combination mass communication and psychology seemed very interesting. Psychology is very interesting except we don't have proper guidance.

Dissatisfied with the faculty, management and curriculum of this college. Waste of money and time.
Placements: Only BBA students have the most opportunities for both internships and placements. Most of the students in the B.A. department even get decent placements through college. They never even let us, B.A. students, know about good internships and placements. We were allowed to do any internships until last year. And in the last year, they gave enough to students as well. I never heard of a B.A. getting a good internship or placement ever through the college.
Infrastructure: The classrooms have very old and very comfortable furniture. Our backs and legs hurt within half an hour of sitting on those benches. The projectors are in only a few rooms so we have to shift to other classes, which is very convenient. There is an auditorium, which is as comfortable as classrooms. It accommodates enough students for an event. Despite the less space, they invite a larger audience. They sold students for not adjusting to their small space after calling too many people in the auditorium.
Faculty: Teachers are mostly young people trying to fill their gap year; some teachers make us study on our own and never teach. They themselves lack knowledge. The curriculum is just that we are forced to write exams when classes happen in the first place. For semester exams, we have to cover a lot in a short time as we go to college to cover our 75% mandatory attendance. Our time is wasted going to college and sitting idle. They rush everything in the last few days and force us to write simple college tests a day before semester exams.
Other: I honestly took up psychology because I like it.
But studying in this college feels like signing up to study the subjects on my own without any guidance whatsoever. The whole college needs to remove the existing staff, including office staff. Everyone is very rude to students; they need to get some good teachers who will atleast work for three years. We have only one teacher for one subject. We have only one teacher for psychology and one journalism teacher for upto six batches of students. Constantly changing teachers is leading to no stability in teaching. The events are very bad. All events include a three-hour bout of boasting the college and some very bad performances by lunch at 4. We reach the venue by 9 and food is provided at 4. When asked for some more food, they sold us. We pay for our events as usual, but when some students don't want to attend the event, they still force them to pay for it. They threaten to not give hall tickets and not consider assignments if they are not paid. Why would a student pay for an event he or she doesn't want to attend? And even after paying, they give us a proper event.

Very much satisfied with college, faculty and good placements and very much exciting infrastructure.
Placements: 50% of students were placed in my course. The highest package offered in my course was 3-4 LPA, and the lowest package was about 2-3 LPA. Around 30% of students got internships from my course. Roles offered in my course were news analyst, counselor, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was pretty good, classrooms were spacious, and seats were comfortable. There was a good facility for labs. The highlight was the library. The canteen was the star of the show, offering an immense variety of food options at reasonable prices. They also provided gym facilities, and a games room was also there.
Faculty: Teachers were very cooperative and highly qualified. They taught in a very creative manner. The course curriculum made students industry-ready, as they took us on field trips, which helped with practical knowledge. The semester exams were not that difficult, and the passing percentage was 35%.
Other: I chose this course because I was keenly interested in psychology and journalism. In psychology, you get to learn fascinating things about the human mind. One thing they could improve about the course is providing students with more practical knowledge in the journalism field. We used to celebrate every event with so much joy and energy.

Overall, a decent college for B.Com.
Placements: Our college had average numbers of placements every year. For the B.Com., almost 40% of students get placements and other students pursue the Masters course. The average package offered in this course was 2–5 LPA. Very few companies visit college for these course placements.
Infrastructure: The facilities offered at the college were comparatively good. All the required amenities were given to the students. Entire campus has Wi-Fi connectivity. The college campus was secured for the girls. The college also offered hostel facilities to the students. The hostel apartments were furnished. The food quality of the hostel was good.
Faculty: Teachers at our college were average. All the teachers were qualified but they were not highly experienced. They were offering good-quality teaching. This course curriculum at our college was relevant and was making students industry-ready. Exams were not easy to pass at all.

Our college is the best place.
Placements: Maximum people are placed. The lowest salary package is 3 LPA and the highest salary package is 12 LPA. Deloitte and Genpact are some recruiting companies. Around 90% of students applied for internships had been selected in the companies like Sutherland and Tech Mahindra
Top roles offered are accounting and auditing, Tax advisory services, commercial banking, international banking etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities which we have is so good with very large and spacious labs and classrooms. We don't have hostel but the food in canteen will be so hygiene, tasty, and affordable. We have a very good play area for games and sports.
Faculty: Teachers are so helpful, so qualified, and knowledgeable. They always teach nicely and answer all the doubts. This course is relevant and makes students ready for their career. Semesters were not that difficult because our faculty makes us ready for the exams. The pass percentage is 80 to 90%.
Other: I chose this course as I like it. The best thing about this course are we can get so much knowledge about tax and accounting. Events held are too good and students enjoy them.

It is an amazing college for degree and start your career.
Placements: More than 200 students got placed from B.Com. The highest package offered was 50,000, and the lowest salary was 16,000. Up to 40% of students got placed in various companies. The recruiting companies for my course were Deloitte, Amazon, Telebu etc. The roles offered were technical support and HR.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are amazing with good ventilation and space, the washrooms are always kept neat and clean. We have a very huge Library with a large variety of books. The canteen food is hygienic and amazing. Medical facilities are easily available. Sports and games are encouraged in our college. They provide platforms to play.
Faculty: The faculty members are amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable. Our college is affiliated with Osmania University, so the exams, schedules, etc., are held as directed by Osmania University. Apart from that, they offer us certified courses every semester, which helps us a lot in building our careers and personality.
