Absolutely satisfied with academics, faculty members, and good infrastructure.
Placements: At Vimal Jyothi Engineering College, above half of the students are getting college placements in several reputed companies at a good amount of salary. The average package offered in the college placement is 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies visiting the college are Amazon, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Bharath Banz, and so on. From the sixth semester, students are free to do internships in any companies they like to do. Through this, students have a high chance of getting college placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities offered by the college are good. There are labs with a/c and all the needed facilities for students. There are also libraries such as a central library and department libraries for students. The campus has a high-speed Wi-Fi connection which runs everything smoothly. The classrooms are fully equipped with smart TVs and blackboards. The hostel mess and the canteen are so hygienic and clean. The quality of the food is so good. There are also several sports activities such as basketball, volleyball, football, kho-kho, cricket, and other individual games.
Faculty: The faculty members are friendly and approachable to students. All of them are qualified with masters and some of them are with phDs. They all are experts in their subjects and make every point clear and understandable for the students. The course curriculum is good and prepares students for real-life situations. In a semester, there are three continuous internal assessment examinations and a semester exam. These three continuous internal assessments make students brighter and more confident for their end-semester examinations. These examinations are not very difficult. The pass percentage is always high.
Other: I choose this course because of the blooming career of artificial intelligence and Data Science and because of my interest towards programming. The campus life of the college is not very good when compared to other colleges. There are no freshers day, ethnic day or any other cultural fests. The college only conducts tech fests, arts, Onam, and Christmas celebrations. The crowd and campus surroundings are awesome. There are also several scholarships provided to students by the college based on their academics, plus two KEAM rankings.

It is a great college with nice infrastructure and facilities. It is good option for perform B.Tech.
Placements: About 60% to 70% of students are placed in my college. The highest package is 14 LPA, the lowest is around 1.8 LPA, and the average package is 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies include Wipro, Arbee Structures, and Federal Bank. In my course, Cybersecurity in Computer Science, placements are yet to take place as we are still in the final year. However, internship offers have been made by Techbyheart and MIBIZ companies.
Infrastructure: Our department is equipped with many facilities, such as high-speed Wi-Fi facilities, and the labs have the latest PCs, most of which support Linux. All the labs are air-conditioned. The classrooms are equipped with digital facilities and smart televisions. We have a central library with a large collection of books and ample seating. The hostel has excellent infrastructure with all basic amenities, including hot and cold water and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bedrooms are spacious with four beds each. The hostel mess provides great food at an affordable price, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, and most of them have completed Ph.D. in their respective fields. They have excellent teaching skills and are highly proficient in English, ensuring that students enhance their skills. The course is well-structured and has strong industry relevance. However, acquiring additional skills can significantly improve placement opportunities for students. The exams are quite challenging, as they are conducted by Kalam Technical University, resulting in a pass percentage of 75%.
Other: I choose this course to become a cybersecurity expert since my college provides excellent facilities to pursue my career. We have events like Tech Fest, Arts Day, and vibrant festival celebrations.

Vimal Jyothi is a good college with a peaceful atmosphere.
Placements: My college has a good placement cell which is active. There is a rule that colleges with autonomous status should provide a minimum of 50% placements to their students. However, my college provides 60 to 65% placements. Many companies like TCS, Amazon, Flipkart, and other Bengaluru and Chennai-based IT companies are offering placements. The average salary is 4.5 Lacs per year.
Infrastructure: Our college has excellent infrastructure with a peaceful atmosphere and pleasant nature. My college is situated on around 15 to 20 acres. Wi-Fi connections are available 24 hours. We have a big library with a rich collection of books. Every department has separate blocks, and every block has 5 to 6 floors, with excellent labs arranged. Our boys' hostel is situated very close to the college. First-year and second-year students stay together in one hostel, while third-year and fourth-year students are in another hostel. The hostel has a peaceful atmosphere. Hostel fees are 45,000 INR per year.
Faculty: Our curriculum is prepared by the Technical University known as KTU. Our college follows the KTU syllabus and curriculum. The curriculum is average. We have to learn non-core subjects along with our core subjects, such as Chemistry, Physics, Basic Electronics and Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil Engineering, etc. Our college's first-semester exam result is around 65-68%, which is a good result among the KTU-affiliated colleges.
Other: Campus life is average. Fewer non-academic programs are conducted by our college. Our college gives importance mainly to studies. Art fest and sports day are conducted, but they are not grand events. The only positive aspect is TechFest, which is conducted every year. It is the only program that brings happiness.

Good infrastructure with better career opportunities.
Placements: I'm studying civil engineering, and as of now approximately 60% of students were placed. The lowest package is 1.8 LPA, and the highest is 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, and Arbee Structures. About 40% of students have gotten internships so far.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi access for all departments, and we have department libraries and a central library. Classrooms are neat and clean and have good ventilation. I'm a day scholar, but I have stayed in a hostel for two days, and the quality of the food is excellent. There are sick rooms in college to take rest.
Faculty: All the teachers have Masters, and they are really qualified to take the classes. They teach with presentations and give notes through the classroom. The course curriculum comprises general subjects in the first year and core subjects in 2 and 3 years. Lessons in our fourth year give us practical knowledge. The difficulty level is moderate, and the pass percentage is about 75%.

Well the perfect atmosphere friendly college wi.
Placements: 66% of the students gets placed every year. The highest package was 9lakhs per annum and the lowest was around 4 Lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies are the Wipro, Flipkart, Amazon and many more. Roles of executive and many more are offered here. Around 50% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: Every floor has high-speed Wi-Fi facilities with proper AC labs and classrooms. Library is top notch with suitable atmosphere and environment. The hostel has Wi-Fi, the mess is average and the food too. It consists of all sports activities with perfect coaches.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified and top notch. They all are very knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant, it does make the students industry ready. The semester exams are not that difficult but the practical are. The pass percentage is around 66%. .
Other: Well if you have interest in coding and computer related fields you should go for it. Well there aren't any things that must be improved here. This college conducts various events every year so everyone will enjoy the events.

It is strict but has good facilities.
Placements: I don't know the exact placement details, but seniors say it's decent. Only top students usually get placed, and not the average ones. Toppers who have a CGPA of 9-10 will mostly get placements. The average student won't get a chance for placements.
Infrastructure: The college has a good infrastructure and has an e learning platform for presentations, etc. The hostel is very strict, and almost like a jail. The food is okay, not bad, but not great either. The hostel security is not good at all, and if students are sick, they don't provide proper care to students.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and frank. Since it's an autonomous college, the course curriculum is pretty good and updated. Exams are quite tough and challenging. Teachers are very friendly and qualified. Semester exams are difficult, and the pass percentage is somewhere around 95%.
Other: The college is quite expensive. First-year students don't get a freshers' party, and there is a lot of pressure to study.
