It is a wonderful college with amazing infrastructure and the best faculty members.

Placements: We passed out as a batch of 6 out of which, 4 got employed in teaching institutes while 2 others got set up a private practice immediately. As professional expert dentists, we are not offered any placements as dentistry in India is led by private franchises only.

Infrastructure: Vishnu Dental College offered the best of equipment and training in our contemporary times. We were provided with facilities for excellence in curricular and extra curricular activities. We won awards at various conferences across India.

Faculty: We were educated by highly experienced faculty members who engaged, guided and helped us solve many critical issues while treating a patient. Our exposure to technological advances made us ready to surpass challenges with ease in our professional life. Handling the latest equipment at the college level helped us a lot.

Other: Though I qualified in my entrance exam, I did not get the branch prosthodontics, so I chose to enter in the management quota, which had a higher fee. Initially, I thought that I was paying more, but the due course of time, I realised it was worth every penny I spent. There was always a continuous evolution in the college infrastructure, which enabled us to keep learning all the time.

Candidates must have passed Bachelor Degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) awarded by a university or institute in India and registered with the State Dental Council and has obtained provisional or permanent registration and has undergone compulsory rotatory internship of a year in an approved/recognized dental college. Candidate who after passing the final qualifying examination (BDS or the foreign dental degree recognized by GoI/DCI), is undergoing 12-month compulsory rotatory internship / practical training and is likely to complete the same by 31st March 2025 can take up this examination, but he/she shall not be eligible for admission unless he/she has completed the compulsory rotatory internship and obtained provisional or permanent registration on or before 31st March 2025 or the candidate produces a certificate from the head of Institution that he/she will be completing internship by 31st March 2025.
