I'm dissatisfied because of infrastructure.

Placements: There is no chance of placement. Our college provides B.Sc., B.A., and other bachelor's degree courses. No package is offered for B.Sc. Mathematics, but after M.Sc. you can find a lot of jobs. No company come to our college for recruitment. There are internship opportunities offered. After pursuing this course one can become mathematics researcher, data analyst, statistician, etc.

Infrastructure: College provides labs but their conditions are poor. Classroom quality is average. Wi-Fi is available in our department but connection is poor. Our college library is good. There is no canteen available in our college. Only girls hostel is available in our college. Medical facilities are average. College has playground but lack of sports equipment we can't play.

Faculty: Our department teachers as well as college teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good but most of the time they fails to complete our whole syllabus properly and it is relevant for the future. Semester exams are quite difficult. Pass percentage is like 85%.

Other: I love mathematics so I chose this course. The best thing is you can learn mathematics and various programming. I think if this course adds more programming languages then it will be helpful. Campus surroundings are so good.

Good college value for money dissatisfied about the hygine of the toilets.

Placements: College does not provide any placements for students but arranges national-level workshops. Thirty-five percent of students were placed in our course. Top recruiting companies include TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc. Around 40% of students got their internships through workshops.

Infrastructure: The college has two major buildings and a hostel for women but does not have any hostel for male students. The college provides free Wi-Fi to every student, and each student has their own smart room. The college library is very big and full of informative books and course-related materials; the behavior of the librarian is very good. The college arranges medical camps for every student every year. Every college arranges an annual sports competition for students, where every student can participate in various sports.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful, but their teaching method is a bit old-fashioned, although they are knowledgeable enough. Three teachers have completed their Ph.D., and two teachers have completed their Masters. The course curriculum is somewhat relevant. The course does not adequately prepare students for the industry; students have to acquire more technical and extra skills to be ready for the industry. Semester exams are somewhat difficult, and the passing percentage is about 85%.

The college is the best. I advise everyone to take admission here.

Placements: Our college does not offer any placement. Our college only offers Honours and Masters here. But our college are best amd degree are best here. Our teacher try to best for students to stand a student in your career and a job. That's why our college is best without any placement.

Infrastructure: The college is endowed the renovated hostels, medical support, swimming pool and NCC service. Physical Infrastructure: Computer lab, Physics lab, Chemistry lab, medical lab, media lab etc. Library, sports area, girls and boys clean hostels and swimming pool.

Faculty: The quality of teaching is very standard, excellent and great. The teachers are highly qualified and supportive to the students. The teacher teach us for our career and job placement. The teachers are very good and exams are nice.

Review of Vivekananda Mahavidyalaya, Burdwan.

Placements: It is a government college, and it has general courses. It does not provide any placements and jobs. It does not provide internships, and it does not have any stipend opportunities. Here you can complete your graduation and post-graduation. But you cannot do your PhD as this is a general college. But after completing your graduation, you can compete for a job exam, but you have to try it on your own.

Infrastructure: Our college provides a hostel facility only for needy girl students. According to reliable sources and friends, I must say that the fee structure of hostels is not too much and the hostel infrastructure is very good. The hostel provides all facilities to students.

Faculty: Our college conducts almost 4 lectures every day. Teachers are highly educated and experienced. They are also very helpful. They help us to clear all doubts in our subjects. In labs, teachers and staff members help us in practice work so that we can easily understand the matter. The lectures directly do not hold any industry experience. There are great professors. They teach us how to score in exams with proper methods, give us the detailed structures of the subject, the beauty of the subject, hidden features of the subject, and clean knowledge about the subject.

Other: Many cultural and social programs are celebrated, like Rabindra Jayanti, etc. Many games are also played in our college playground. In our college, manual sports events are conducted. In this event, many other colleges also participate. Every year it organises a fest and cultural meeting which invites all different departments to join in the contest of departmental competitions of exhibitions. Our college invites professors of other colleges as judges, and they declare the 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions. The fest also has cultural programs where different artists and bands are invited for a cultural evening. Talented students are also invited to perform their expertise on stage. Overall, it is a 3 days program.

Obviously, it is the best college.

Placements: About 89% of the students got placed from this course. Wipro and TCS are top recruiting companies for our course. Accountant, project manager, etc., are the top roles offered in our course. About 55% of the students got internships in Tata and many private companies.

Infrastructure: Libraries are very useful for us, and there are many books by foreign authors. The canteen is also well, and medical facilities are also available. There are many types of healthy food items, and the mess is also well.

Faculty: Teachers give their best and are very concerned about the future of the students. They guide us with various books and always advice us to develop in the future. They all are doctorates and have many degrees. They are always honoured by us, and we never forget what they teach. Teachers are very friendly to students and inspire them.

It is the best degree college in Burdwan.

Placements: It is a degree college, so they do not provide any placement.

Infrastructure: In our department, we have free Wi-Fi. We also have labs available, and there is also a library. Classrooms are good. There is no hostel for boys. Only girls hostel is provided. All the benefits like good food, mess facility canteen and medical care are available.

Faculty: All the teachers in our college are highly educated. Every teacher is very helpful to students. We can directly talk to our teachers if we face any problem. The course curriculum is not relevant. As it is a degree course, it doesn't make students industry-ready.

Other: I chose this course because it is my favourite subject, and I want to know higher mathematics.

Everything about our college.

Placements: Approximately 95% of students got placed in our course. The highest package offered is 10 LPA. The average package is 4 LPA - 5 LPA. Minimum 70% of students got internships for research purposes from this course. Top roles like research head, assistant researchers, etc., are offered in this course.

Infrastructure: The facilities are very good. There are various books that are very helpful. Classrooms are so cool and the smart boards are there for visual interpretation. The quality of food is much better. We have our own ground for playing games. In our college, the college organisation held a cricket tournament where every department has a team.

Faculty: Teachers are so helpful. They are always there to help us. They are so knowledgeable. Obviously, this course curriculum is relevant and it makes students ready for this industry. Semester exams are quite tough. We also prepared for this exam, so the passing percentage is good.

Other: Firstly I chose this course because of the mathematics subject. The best thing about this course is you have to work hard to achieve and if you do that you can gather various types of knowledge. In my opinion, it would be good if the coding classes were more in numbers. The students get a scholarship for those who get 60% in exams and there are fellowships as well.
