It is the best college I have ever seen. I have studied for a diploma at that college.
Placements: In our college, for the last 3 years, approximately 100 students from the civil branch have gotten a placement. They have settled in various places like Andaman, Hyderabad, Bangalore, etc. The highest package was 8 lakh per annum. Many members have settled as site engineers, and some of them are in system work.
Infrastructure: We have very good labs and classrooms; all the books are available in our library. We get 3 to 4 sports daily, which will help to release the stress in us throughout the day. Even all the PT in Sirsa will give us more freedom and make us good sportsmen. We love to play cricket in our college, and we have a bigger ground. For all the various sports, the ground has been divided.
Faculty: Every teacher is good at their teaching skills. We will get some brief knowledge from it. Not only theoretical, but also we will get field knowledge through industrial visits and labs. Around 80% of the pass rate we have is because their teaching skills were so good, which will always help us learn more interesting things, and we will always be eager to learn new things in class.
Other: I have just choose this course because of my passion. In this college every faculty and seniors will treat like their own family only.

It is a good college with excellent facilities.
Placements: A minimum of 65% of students are placed in lots of companies like Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Airbus, and IT Tech Solutions, such as AI, ML, and Computer Science and Technology. A lot of students are in internships at Andhra University, like NX CAD and AutoCAD.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms are available, and the quality is good. The mess and canteen provide medical facilities, and sports and games are available. The mess, canteen, infrastructure, classrooms, and library are great and relatable, and sports events happen every week.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and very talented. There are a lot of doubts resolved, and teachers are very approachable. Exams are challenging for students, and the faculty is knowledgeable about the industry. The survey shows that around 70% of students are excited about campus placements.

It is a good college for the diploma course.
Placements: I completed my Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Wellfare Institute of Science Technology and Management, graduating in 2025. In our batch, around 75% of students get placed through campus recruitment. The highest package offered is 5.2 LPA, and the lowest package is 2.2 LPA. The average package is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course include Tata Communications, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, and HCL. Nearly 65% of students got internships, mostly in companies like BSNL, L&T, and local electronics firms, working on roles such as technician, testing engineer, and network support engineer. The top role offered is a junior engineer.
Infrastructure: Our ECE department at Wellfare Institute of Science Technology and Management has well-equipped labs for electronics, digital systems, and communication, along with Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms and a library stocked with technical books and journals. The hostel facilities are decent, with clean rooms, 24x7 water and power supply. The mess serves good quality and hygienic food with a balanced menu. The canteen offers quick snacks. We also have basic medical facilities with a first-aid center and tie-ups with a nearby hospital. The college encouraged sports, providing a playground for cricket and football, and indoor games like carrom and chess. It also conducts annual sports meets.
Faculty: Teachers in our ECE department are very helpful and qualified. They have solid industry as well as academic knowledge, making concepts easy to understand with practical examples. The teaching quality is quite good, with regular lab sessions and seminars. The course curriculum is relevant and covers core ECE subjects along with some exposure to trending areas like IoT and embedded systems, which help make students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderately tough but fair, testing both theoretical understanding and practical skills. Our college maintained a pass percentage of around 85%, with supportive faculty members guiding students through remedial classes whenever needed.
Other: I am part of the 2025 batch of Diploma in Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering at Welfare Institute of Science and Technology. I chose this course because of my keen interest in electronics, circuits, and communication systems, and the wide scope it offers in industries like telecom, embedded systems, and automation. The best thing about this course is the hands-on lab sessions, exposure to practical troubleshooting, and knowledgeable faculty members who always encourage us to learn beyond textbooks.

The college is very helpful for all students, especially for the lower and middle class.
Placements: 95% of students got placed from our course. The highest, lowest, and average package offered by our course is 2 LPA to 9 LPA. Top recruiting companies in our course are TCS, Infosys, etc. 90% of students got internships from our course and in TCS and Infosys.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for your course/department are Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and library, which are good. The quality of the facilities in our hostel and the quality of food available in the mess and canteen, medical facilities, sports, and games are good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is excellent. Course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. Semester exams in this college are pretty difficult and the pass percentage is 90%. These courses are very helpful.
Other: I chose CSE course and the best thing about my course is that we can crack software jobs easily. Things that I wish would be better or improved about our college are events, fest, campus crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings, scholarships, extracurricular activities, etc.

Review of Wellfare Institute of Science Technology and Management.
Placements: Many students pass the course. Our course students can work in both hardware and software fields. The ECE course is helpful for students. The highest salary is Rs. 10,000 per month and the lowest salary is Rs. 2,000 per month. Many students get internships in the college.
Infrastructure: Our college provides labs, classrooms, and a library. Wi-Fi is provided only in the computer lab. There are around 70 members in each classroom. In our hostel, the food is good. I think students are satisfied with the food.
Faculty: Faculty member's teaching is very good. They are PhD holders and knowledgeable. They are very useful for students. I promise our college will not excuse anything and they don't have any competitions. I think students are good here.
Other: Events and fests organised are very good here.

Placements: Pass percentage 95%, best 100 placement. The highest package of 230,000, the lowest package of 120,000. HPCL, TATA, INFOSYS, CSE, CIVIL, MECHANICAL, EEE, AI, DATABASE, DATA Science, SOFTWARE DEVELOPER, FRONTEND DEVELOPER, so many roles are available, and so many companies are recruiting in my college.
Infrastructure: Hostel very best, food, study, maintenance is good. Labs, classrooms, library maintenance is good. Wi-Fi is available in classrooms. Canteen, medical facilities, sports and games are available. All types of sports equipment are available. Canteen price is reasonable.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful in studies, higher education, and government jobs preparation. Civil engineering course is the best, one of the best for engineering students, industry-ready for civil engineering students. Semester exams are very tough. Pass percentage 95%.
Other: One of the best courses in engineering. So many jobs are waiting for civil engineering students. In the next 10 years, my country will be developed by civil engineering students.

Open School Society (APOSS), X class examination conducted by various State Boards of Secondary Education in India with Mathematics as one of the subjects. Candidates belonging to NIOS/APOSS/Other Examinations recognised as equivalent to SSC by A.P. Govt. should have passed all the subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, with minimum of 35% marks in each subject. Candidates who appeared or are appearing for SSC or equivalent examination being held in April/ May-2023, and whose results are yet to be declared can also apply. There is no age restriction. |
