| B.Sc. | The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought. Candidate shall be medically fit. Candidate shall be admitted once in a year. |
| B.Sc. (Post Basic) | Candidates should be registered as Registered Nurses and Registered Midwives (RNRM). Candidates should possess a three-year diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM). Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in the profession (after registration as RNRM). |
| BHMS | The lower age limit is 17 years and upper age limit is 25 years on or before 31st Dec of the year of admission. Provided that the upper age limit may be relaxed by five years in the case of the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, and physically handicapped candidates. |
| GNM | Candidate who are registered ANM with pass mark can also apply. Candidate shall be medically fit. Minimum age for admission will be 17 years. (as on 31st December of that year). The upper age limit is 35 yrs. For ANM/ for LHV, there is no age bar. |
| MD | A Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery or an equivalent qualification in Homoeopathy included in the Second Schedule to the HCC Act, after undergoing a course of study of not less than five years and six months duration including one year compulsory internship OR A Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (Graded Degree) or an equivalent qualification in Homoeopathy included in the Second Schedule to the HCC Act after undergoing a course of study of not less than two years' duration. |
