Xavier School of Human Resource Management Placement - Average Package & Highest Salary ,

Placements: In the final placements for the 2018-2020 batch 124 students had participated in the placement process. The highest package offered was 22.47 lacs, the lowest was 8.5 lacs. Top recruiters included firms from the manufacturing sector and IT sector. Mean CTC was 12.87 lacs and median CTC was 12.09 lacs. For the summer internships of 2019-21 batch the highest stipend offered was 2 lacs, the median was 85K and average was 90K.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is amazing. The classrooms are well-equipped with the latest technical tools. Wi-Fi is accessible anywhere within the campus. Library is equipped with all the books, journals, magazines, newspapers ( Mint, Hindu, Business Standard, TOI, Economic times) and we also have 4 bloomberg terminals.
