Great infrastructure, good placements, and supportive faculty members.

Placements: There are a lot of placements at this college. All are in high institutions and industries that help students to study here. Yuvakshetra is the best option for hotel management course because of great placements and the discipline here.

Infrastructure: Best classrooms, labs, and library are very helpful for students to study here. Best canteen food is available in our college. Hostel is good, and medical facilities are available. They also give importance to sports to the students who study here.

Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful for studying at this college. They give us so many motivation and opportunities to perform ourselves. 45% is pass percentage in semester. Teachers are helpful for studying here, and the knowledge they give is very useful.

Other: I chose this because becoming a chef is my ambition. This college is very useful for my dream. There are so many events and fests at Yuvakshetra.

The college is good, strict in terms of placements are pushes students to do the best..

Placements: There are more than 80 students in my batch, which is further divided into two groups, and out of the 80, more than 70 will be getting placed. Our seniors' batch consisted of 80 students, of which 70 were placed in hotels like W Doha, Marriott Hotels in Dubai, Ronaldo's, Spago, etc.

Infrastructure: We have e-classrooms, and teachers teach us through PowerPoint presentations. Library and food labs are provided. Hostel facilities are superb, with every student feeling at home. The hostel provides a study hall, library, and prayer room. The hostel has a peaceful atmosphere.

Faculty: Teachers teach very well, and the syllabus is completed one month prior to the examination. The semester exams are tough, but the teachers' teaching techniques make it easy to understand. The pass percentage is the same as at other colleges, and it does make students industry-ready.

Other: It was my dream to try the hospitality industry, and this college and faculty provide the best infrastructure for our dreams to come true. There are multiple events related to our course and even others like sports events, college days, etc.

A synopsis of YIMS Palakkad.

Placements: We were a batch of 72 students, of which around 30-40 got their IETs abroad, including myself. But when it comes to the placement side, only 10-15 got placements and the others had to find jobs on their own. Some of them, including myself, went on to further their education. The top recruiting companies were Taj, Marriott, IHG, etc. The majority of the positions were basic jobs as associates in various core departments of a hotel. excluding managerial departments.

Infrastructure: Different labs are available for practical exposure. Classrooms could be categorised as the same old school classes, not technologically advanced. There is a library, which consists of mostly old records and projects for reference. Sports are held every year as per the university guidelines and are strictly up to the college authorities.

Faculty: There used to be chaos during the exams as most of the questions would be out of the syllabus and since there is a lack of proper references, it could become a bit tough to pass those. Mostly French would be the toughest subject to clear in a stretch. It gives students an overview of their responsibilities, but in order to be prepared for real-world work, students must go through a lot of hardship and training.

Other: There used to be events held in order to give the students exposure to the future work that has to be performed them during their work.
