During placements for Fashion Design students at Amity campus, several renowned recruiters will be present, including Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Ritu Kumar, Levi's, DLF Emporio, Marks & Spencer, and others. The students who want to pursue BDesign course from Sharda School of Design must obtain at least 50% marks in class 12 exams. Student need to clear the SUAT(Sharda University Admission Test). They must have excellent communication skills in English and must be a creative person. 

Galgotias University BDes in Fashion Design course is divided into different semesters. In the final year, the students have to complete internship and a graduating project. Some of the topics covered in the programme are:

• Fashion Illustration
