B.Tech Computer Science Engineering Colleges in South Goa

Parul University, Goa admissions are open online.Till now, no schedule has been released by the university. Since the application portal is live, candidates can apply online for their preferred course.  The university offers more than 15 courses in various streams such as Science, Management, Computer Application, etc. The programme's mode of study is full-time. 

IIT Goa offers a total of four BTech programmes as per the JoSAA website. The duration of these course is four year and the mode of study is full-time. Selection is done as per the JEE Main + JEE Advanced scores followed by JoSAA counselling. The available BTech specialisations at IIT Goa are:

• Computer Science and Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Mathematics and Computing
• Mechanical Engineering

NIT Goa follows the eligibility for admission follows the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India. For BTech courses, at the time of admission, the candidates should have passed/ appeared and awaiting results of the final examination of the Class 12 or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as main subjects of study. Additionally, the candidates must have secured at least an aggregate of 75%. The selection process for BTech at NIT Goa completely depends on the JEE Mains scores achieved by the candidates'. 

Hello, BITSAT is not that tough when compared to the difficulty of JEE Mains. But scoring more is a little difficult in BITSAT as you need to solve more problems. The syllabus would be the same and the questions would be easy to solve if you have proper concept knowledge and solving skills. So, you need to practice more and more problems and try to improve your speed and accuracy in calculations. Try to score above 300 which may ensure you a seat at any of the campuses of BITS.

Goa College of Engineering has been rated 3.4 on placements on the basis of 38 reviews done by students. In Goa College of Engineering, 404 students were admitted in year 2015-16, out of which 350 graduated in 2018-19. From this, 130 qualified students got placed with a median salary of INR 375000 and 11 students got selected for higher studies. In year 2016-17, 409 students were admitted, out of which 340 graduated in 2019-20. From this, 92 qualified students got placed with a median salary of INR 365000 and 21 students got selected for higher studies.
