M.Tech colleges accepting TS PGECET in Hyderabad

Full form of TS PGECET is Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test. It is a state-level postgraduate entrance test conducted annually. Programmes offered - MTech, MPlan, MArch, etc.

JNTU Hyderabad has released TS PGECET application form for 2026-27 academic session. Candidates who want to apply can submit their form till May 6 (without late fees). However, students do have the opportunity to submit their form with late fees. The dates have been updated on the website. 

TS PGECET question paper carry120 questions (objective-based). One mark is allotted for correct answer and there is no negative marking for an incorrect response. Candidates must check TS PGECET paper pattern carefully before attempting.

No, the TS PGECET and GATE syllabus are pretty much same, however, the difficulty level may vary. The GATE syllabus is more ellaborative focusing on concept and practical approaches. On the other hand, the TS PGECET exam syllabus is more direct and falls under easy to moderate.
