Placements: Every year the whole batch gets placed I. e. IIM Kozhikode has 100% placement. Students are not allowed to disclose this information.
BCG Brain McKinsey KPMG Amazon Coca cola and many other big companies.
The top roles offered in IIM Kozhikode are Consultant, Management Trainee, Prodman

As mentioned earlier IIM Kozhikode has a 100% placement rate and the same is the case with the internships all the students gets place for the summer internship. Companies like the Big 3, Coca cola, Loreal, Amazon and many more.
Infrastructure: IIM Kozhikode Campus is fully equipped with state of art facilities in terms of infrastructure be it the Wi-Fi, Labs, Classrooms, Library etc. The Hostels are well-equipped with all the basic facilities some of the hostels have common washroom whereas some hostels are 2 seater fully furnished with AC and attached washrooms. The Campus have 3 fully functional mess along with Night canteen in two of the hostels. Kiosks are also there if want to grab a quick snack during the lectures. The Institute has functional dispensary with a doctor available round the clock. The Sports facilities available on the campus includes basketball, volleyball, badminton and football ground along with this a new Sport stadium is under construction.
Faculty: The Teachers are from the best knowledgeable minds of the country. Every teacher is a master in their respective fields. The Institute is famous for its student- teacher bonding. At IIM Kozhikode it's normal to find teachers hosting their students on dinner. The teaching methodology usually comprises of case studies and discussion on the learnings from the case. Definitely, the curriculum is highly relevant and provides the students with all the necessary skills required for the corporate world.
Other: I did my UG from NIT Bhopal. At NIT Bhopal I held important positions in the tech and cultural fest of the institute. Therefore I decided to pursue MBA after engineering. Due to Covid 2 terms of my 1st year were completely online I believe that impacted the learning curve of the students in a negative manner other than that the course doesn't require any specific improvement. Backwaters - Institutes management fest, Campus Crowd- Pan India, Connectivity - Excellent, Campus Surrounding- Lush green and mesmerizing (God's own Campus), Scholarship- A number of scholarship are offered, ECA - Sports and cultural and many more.

2. The highest package offered is 58 LPA and average package is 23.08 LPA.

4. Investment banking, Product Management, Advisory, General Management and many more roles were offered.

Infrastructure: 1. The facilities available are absolutely top notch. During the online process, the experience has been very smooth. The library covers all the major resources be it Bloomberg, Thomson reuteurs, magazines, publications etc. The campus is superb and in terms of physical infrastructure meets the requirement. However, the Wi-Fi sometimes creates an issue in some rooms. The classrooms are spacious and the campus is large enough to accommodate the increased batch size.
2. Infrastructure for all the major sports is available, volleyball courts are there, football ground etc. The sports committee organizes different sporting events through out the year. Hostels are spacious and the location is absolutely surreal. Plus students are engaged in various activities like steaming movies in the theatre, organizing games etc. The mess food may not sometimes meet the expectations but options are available both inside and outside the campus. Doctors are available on the campus plus there is a student run emergency response team as well to cater to emergency situations.
Faculty: 1. At IIM Kozhikode we are lucky to have some of the best professors that are available in our country. Plus there are visiting faculty members who are like the regular faculty members are pioneers in their fields. The entire pedagogy is application based and rote learning is neither encouraged nor expected. Professors adopt different approaches depending on the subject. Lot of emphasis is laid on case studies, online simulations, class discussions, etc.
2. The course curriculum is highly relevant with case studies covering the modern business scenarios. In the first year the students cover the same subjects. From the second year the students choose electives. The elective are again as per the latest trends in the industry.
Other: 1. IIMK is one of the best b-schools in India. It was recently ranked no.4 in the NIRF ranking which highlights the progress it has made. Plus, the college offers not only the traditional PGP programme but also PGP-Finance and PGP-LSM. This facilitates interactions among the students. Their are various students bodies with the students at the front and the center of the things.
2. The course is about the management and off course they put you under pressure. But sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming. Otherwise it is superb course and an honor to be part of.
3. Enough opportunities will be provided. It is upon the student how much they want to utilize them.

Yes, anyone who has scored at least 50% marks in graduation is eligible to give the CAT. And the cutoff for an engineer in IIM-K could be at 99+ percentile. All the best.

Dear Candidate, your question is an open-ended one as how much marks you should get solely depends on your ambitions. As you are graduate from DU, FMS want you to get 99 percentile. With OBC-NC, you will need 97 percentile for IIM A/B/C and 95 percentile for later IIM's.

Hi Rakesh, given the fact that you have scores in 70s in class X and XII, this might act as a deterrence for getting calls from IIM despite 3 years of work experience. But, that can be compensated, if you have a great cat score (more than 99 percentile).
