The CWE (Common Written Examination) is supposed to be a unique opportunity for aspirants dreaming of a blooming career in the leading edge public sector banks. This Single Common Examination is considered as a pre requisite for selection of personnel for Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee posts in the Public Sector Banks. The very system of Common Examination for recruitment of clerical cadre has been approved by each of the 19 participating Public Sector Banks and the Managing committee of the Indian Banks' Association (IBA) with the consent of the Government of India. • Right approach and attitude:

The first and the most essential tip for sailing your way through the exam is right approach and attitude towards one's goal and if an aspirer has the same towards one's goals he's won half the battle. Having clearly understood the right strategy to clear bank exams, would prove to be a cakewalk for the aspirants.

• Understanding the nature of examinations:

In comparison to the schools and colleges, the competitive examinations are supposed to be radically different, so understanding the nature of examinations is a must. The school exams measure the knowledge or skills of the candidates with reference to certain fixed standards. But in competitive examinations, the candidates would not succeed if they fail to come up to a certain level of competence.

• Preparation and Planning :

Proper preparation and planning would enable you to take right decisions, thus, removing the apprehensions and state of uncertainty .Believing in yourself accompanied with confidence and proper understandings are the key factors of sailing through these hurdles.

• Proper allocation of time in bank exams:

Bank exams are not only a test of knowledge but also of time management.
