You can pursue MA Psychology. Yes even after completing BTech or a graduation in any field. Though there are some colleges that may give preference to candidates who have completed BA Psychology or BSc Psychology. Since MA Psychology is an advanced degree you would be expected to be familiar with the basic terminology and fundamental concepts related to Psychology.

You can apply for a BA Psychology. First graduate from a recognised board. Score a min. 50% in boards. Merit requirements vary across colleges.
