Neuropsychology is a branch of Psychology. It is all about different aspects of the human brain and the nervous system. The subjects revolve around deep knowledge of mental disorders, brain injuries and the impact of traumatic events on a person’s behaviour and cognitive abilities.

Neuropsychology understands the human brain and the nervous system, how the brain tells the lungs to inhale and exhale, and how an itch or a scratch causes reactions and more. Injury to any part of the brain can cause malfunctions to the body, along with unusual thoughts and behaviours.

You can apply for a BA Psychology. First graduate from a recognised board. Score a min. 50% in boards. Merit requirements vary across colleges.

You can pursue MA Psychology. Yes even after completing BTech or a graduation in any field. Though there are some colleges that may give preference to candidates who have completed BA Psychology or BSc Psychology. Since MA Psychology is an advanced degree you would be expected to be familiar with the basic terminology and fundamental concepts related to Psychology.

BA psychology students take the course more traditionally. The application of it falls within the BSc Psychology course. The BA in Psychology duration is three years in most universities. But a few other universities specify four years of study for the completion of the course. PUBDET result will be published in the form of rank card. It will have all relevant ranks, total score, and component scores in respective papers. Candidates will be able to view and download their rank card by logging in with their password. The Board never publishes a rank list to ensure confidentiality to each individual candidate. Ranks cards with scores will be issued to all candidates, who appears in PUBDET-2026. But all may not be awarded a rank and hence may not be eligible for counseling, for which a cut off rank and/or a cut off score will be decided by the Board. 

CUET intimation slip and admit card are important documents. CUET admit card has to be carried on the exam day. An intimation slip is released to inform candidates about the allotted city. CUET intimation slip mentions these details:

• Name of candidates 
• Exam city
• Date of CUET UG subject exam
• Shift of the CUET subject opted
• Medium of the exam

The CUET Admit Card is the final document that is released by the NTA a few days before the exam. It contains all the information that is available on the CUET City Intimation Slip, along with the following information:

• Name and address of the exam centre
• Roll number
• Admit card number
• Photograph of the candidate

Candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam hall without the admit card.

IGNOU does not offer a PG Diploma in Neuropsychology. However, it offers various courses that involve the study of neuropsychology. You can pursue BA Psychology and MA Psychology in IGNOU. If you have already completed master's degree in Psychology them you can pursue PG Diploma in Mental Health (PGDMH). It is a one-year course. You can pursue this course if you have completed a postgraduate degree in Psychology, Social Work or Nursing. The course is also open for medical graduates. There is no age limit prescribed for the course.
