You can pursue MA Psychology. Yes even after completing BTech or a graduation in any field. Though there are some colleges that may give preference to candidates who have completed BA Psychology or BSc Psychology. Since MA Psychology is an advanced degree you would be expected to be familiar with the basic terminology and fundamental concepts related to Psychology.

You can apply for a BA Psychology. First graduate from a recognised board. Score a min. 50% in boards. Merit requirements vary across colleges.

Both are postgraduate degrees. MA focuses on the study of theories of the subject. M.Sc degree focuses on research and the science behind the brain, behaviour, and psychological processes. It depends on your current degree plus your field of interest.

BA psychology students take the course more traditionally. The application of it falls within the BSc Psychology course. The BA in Psychology duration is three years in most universities. But a few other universities specify four years of study for the completion of the course.
