What is NIELIT A-Level Course?

The NIELIT A-level course is a professional-level IT course. It is equivalent to the Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications (ADCA), as recognised by the Government of India. The course starts in January and July every year. It provides a strong foundation in:

To be eligible for the NIELIT 'A' Level, you must have completed a graduation degree, a Polytechnic Diploma, or the NIELIT 'O' Level course. If you do not have these degrees, you can also qualify by showing one year of relevant IT work experience after your 10+2.

Registration for the July 2026 NIELIT exam cycle is open until March 31, 2026, for O, A, and C levels for both direct and institute candidates. For A/C level institute candidates, the deadline is extended to April 10, 2026.
