Q:   How can I fill out my preferred exam centres for BVP B-MAT?
A:

While filling out the BVP B-MAT application form, the candidates will be able to select their choice of exam cities. The selection of cities has to be done in the order of preference, as it will be considered for allotment. Out of the total 62 exam cities, the candidates will have to select their preference. The authorities will allot the BVP B-MAT exam centres as per the candidate's preferences and availability of seats. The allotted centre details can be checked through the BVP B-MAT admit card.

Q:   If I complete my bachelor's in 2026. Can I apply for NIMCET 2026?
A:

Yes, if you are in the last year of graduation, you are eligible to apply for NIMCET 2026. Please note that you may have to furnish the proof of passing as per the defined schedule. The NIMCET 2026 is expected to be conducted in the 1st or 2nd week of June 2026. 

Q:   What is the qualifying mark in NIMCET?
A:

Candidates securing zero or negative marks either in Mathematics or in Total Marks in NIMCET test will be disqualified. Based on the marks obtained by a qualified candidate in NIMCET test, a rank will be allotted by adopting the following criteria.

  • The marks obtained in Mathematics, Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning, Computer Awareness, English, will be summed up. Thus, maximum weighted marks will be 1000.
  • Ranking will be based on total weighted marks obtained by a candidate.

A:

No. The authorities will not accept requests to change the allotted BVP B-MAT exam centre. Since the centres are allotted as per the preferences submitted by the candidates in the BVP B-MAT application form, no changes will be allowed. Therefore, the candidates are advised to be careful while selecting their order of preferences for the BVP B-MAT exam cities in the application form.

Q:   What are the minimum passing marks of the MAH MCA CET?
A:

There is no mention of the minimum passing marks for the MAH MCA CET in the information brochure as released by the Maharashtra CET Cell. Admission is given on the basis of merit and the marks obtained in MAH MCA CET and graduation. The percentile scores in MAH MCA CET and the percentage in graduation are used to arrive at an All India Rank, which will be used for admission at the institutes.

A:

No. The candidates will not be able to request for review of the alloted BVP B-MAT score or ranks. The authorities will carefully check the performance of the candidates in the examination to prepare the BVP B-MAT result.
