The National Law School of India University Bangalore admissions depends on CLAT for its BA LLB and LLM courses. Students need to appear for the exam and go through the CLAT counselling rounds.

While admissions to the other courses requires students to appear for the in-house entrance exams including:

• NLSAT-MPP for LLM
• NLSAT-LLB for LLB
• NLSAT for PhD

After being shortlisted through the exam/ counselling process students need to visit the campus for document verification and seat confirmation.

According to Christ University Law NIRF report 2022, the median package offered during Christ Law College UG 5-year and PG 1-year placements 2021 stood at INR 4.93 LPA and INR 3.62 LPA, respectively. AP LAWCET exam has sections including Current Affairs, Legal Aptitude, Contract Law, Constitution, etc. and the CLAT entrance exam sections include English Language, Legal Aptitude, Mathematics, etc. AP LAWCET does not have mathematics subjects, AP LAWCET exam focus more on regional knowledge. CLAT generally covers the deeper aspects of the particular subject.
