XIC Mumbai offers full-time PG Diploma course in six specialisations. The duration of these courses is 11 months. Additionally,  the institute has recently launched an Online-cum-Hybrid PG Diploma for working professionals in two specialisations. This is a part of XIM's Career Advancement Programs (CAP). Xavier Institute of Communications offers full-time PG Diploma courses in six specialisations. Students enrolled in the programme must compulsorily attend 75% of the classes for each module. The institute conducts classes from Monday to Saturday, between 9 am and 8.30 pm. Two to three sessions are conducted daily for the duration of 11 months. Workshops and Seminars are usually scheduled for Saturdays.

Xavier Institute of Communications (XIC), Mumbai provides PG Diploma admissions to candidates who qualify as per the eligibility and selection norms laid down by the institute. Hence, the first step in the admission process is to check out the preset eligibility criteria ensure that you are eligible for admission.

Eligible candidates must register through the institute's official website. Candidates applying for the full-time courses must select a XET date and Zoom interview slot. The admission is based on the candidates' performance in the entrance test and the interview, both of which are conducted in the online mode. For the online-cum-hybrid courses, candidates are selected through the online counselling-cum-interview conducted by the institute. 

Xavier Institute of Communications (XIC) offers a full-time PG Diploma lasting 11 months. There are six specialisations offers under the full-time programme. The XIC Mumbai PG Diploma fee varies across these specialisations. It ranges from INR 2.3 Lacs to INR 4.98 lakh. The entire fee must be paid in full at once as there is no instalment facility available. Further, a registration fee of INR 2,500 must also be paid. No, XIC Mumbai PG Diploma admissions (for the full-time courses) have been concluded for the current academic year (2025-26). The registration process started on Mar 1, 2025 and continued till Mar 31, 2025. The XET and Zoom interviews were conducted in April in different slots. The current academic session is all set to start, with the orientation programme schedules to be conducted on June 6, 2025.

The Xavier Institute of Communications PG Diploma admission process starts with the online registration. The registration process is incomplete without sumbitting the specified registration fee. For the current academic session, the registration fee for full-time PG Diploma courses is INR 2,500 (including GST). The fee can be paid using Debit Card, Credit Card, Netbanking, or UPI. For B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com. / B.A. (MCJ) / B.M.S. / B.Sc. (IT) and the First Year Post Graduate
Courses which include M.Sc. in Botany, Biotechnology, Geology, Life Science, Microbiology and
M.A. in AICA, Psychology and Public Policy, the College has an Online Application System
through a facility on its website. This facility is made available from the second half of May. An
incomplete application will not be considered for admission.

Admissions to B.Sc. (IT) will be based on the marks scored in Mathematics at the Std. XII Board
Exam. There will also be an entrance exam

Applications for admission to the BMS and BAMCJ courses are to be submitted online, and the
admission process includes an Entrance Test. Please look up the details on the Home Page of the

Admission to B.Com is through the College Office (Commerce Section), by filling out and
submitting a form in hard copy and through an interview with the Vice Principal of the Commerce
section or his representative

The University of Mumbai has made it mandatory for all candidates seeking admission to the first-year courses in the Degree Colleges to fill in the “Pre–Admission Online Registration Form”
which is available on mum. digital university. ac

Actual admissions to all courses will be on the announced days, through an interview of the
candidate and a parent/guardian. The offer of admission will be notified on the website and the College Notice Board. On being admitted, the student shall immediately submit the following
