The notification for SNAP 2017 has been declared by the officials, and with this release, few major changes have also been announced.

This year, the authorities have moved away with the conventional pen-paper based exam and have introduced the exam in online mode. The exam that has been scheduled for December 17, 2018 will now be conducted only in online mode. Since the exam’s inception in the year 2007, this is the first time that it will be conducted in a computer-based mode. The exam will be conducted for 2 hours, commencing at 2pm and concluding at 4pm.

Another significant change made by the authorities is the hike in registration fee. The fee which was Rs 1500 till last year has been increased to Rs 1750 this year.
Apart from this, the number of test cities have also been increased. The exam will now be conducted in 102 cities all over India. Candidates will have the option of mentioning three preferred test cities while filling the application form. Candidates must note that candidates cannot change the selected test city once the SNAP 2017 test payment has been made.
