Once MBA is over, the next biggest challenge is to secure a decent job with a handsome package. Various top recruiters conduct placement drives and select deserving candidates. Students too, gauge a company on the basis of the salary and benefits it offers. However, these are not the only things one should look at while selecting a company. 

Where most students aim to be placed at a top-notch companies, there are very few who ignore the tag of a ‘Big Company’ and choose to join a start-up. Surprisingly, those who choose the latter feel more satisfied at work and get to learn a lot during their employment period.
