The first semester of the MBA in Human Resource Management at Andhra University majorly includes core subjects, which are important to create students' base for upcoming subjects in semesters and in further years. The names of the subjects included in the first semester of the course are as follows:

To be eligible for admission to MBA (IB) courses at IIFT Kakinada, candidates must clear the minimum sectional IIFT cut offs. The cut offs for MBA-International Business admission differ by category. For example, the IIFT 2022 cut off for General category candidates was 52.75, but for SC/ST candidates, it was 42.75. 

To apply for the MBA programme at IIFT Kakinada, you must have passed Graduation with at least 55% marks and must have a valid score in the IIFT entrance exam. 

Candidates who clear the IIFT 2024 Cut Off will be shortlisted for the final selection round: PI and Extempore. In 2023, the IIFT Cut Off for MBA-IB were lower than in 2022. For general category candidates, it was 40 percentile, and for NC-OBC and Gen-EWS, it was 35 percentile.
