No, the CAT application form can only be filled out online on the official website iimcat.ac.in. There is no option to submit the CAT form in offline mode. As per the official brochure, the candidates with a valid bachelor's degree from a recognised university passed with at least 55% aggregate can apply. Aspirants must hold the pass certificate/degree with them as well. The documents are also required for verification purposes by the university during form filling and admission.
