Review of Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology.
Placements: Companies like Tribune, Vardhman, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Hyatt, Tynor and many more visit our college for placement drives. Teachers here prepare all the students in such a manner that they can crack the interviews. In the previous batch, top companies like Karvy, Jaro Education, Axis Bank, Tommy Hilfiger, ITC, Kent RO, HDFC Mutual, Decathlon and ICICI Prudential visited here for placement drives. Nearly every student got placed in these companies.
Infrastructure: Our college has all the necessary facilities and equipment, and the infrastructure is also great. All the classrooms are equipped with projectors for interactive learning. I like the family atmosphere provided here. As it is a small campus, every student is really approachable and can be helpful at any time. The student community is really strict, and it knows about everyone.
Faculty: Daily 6 to 7 lectures are conducted here. All the teachers are highly qualified and experienced in teaching, which makes them experts in their subjects. So they teach the subject clearly to students. They also encourage us to do online courses which help us to gain knowledge and earn certification. Faculty members are experienced and skilled. The course curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the management field. Whatever taught to us indeed makes us job-ready. Along with academics, non-academic things are also fun and provide a great experience.
Other: Our college organises many cultural programs like Youth fest, Talent hunt and literary programs in which students from different colleges participate. Most of the events are organised by the students, which prepare them for the corporate world and make them responsible.

Review of Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology.
Placements: Placements are good but not great in our college. I am planning to join my family business after my MBA, so I didn't attend placements. However, some 10-15 companies, mostly from the Northside only, visit our campus for the placement process. I got selected for an internship in a reputed MNC, and I continued working in the same organisation later. The stipend offered for me is Rs. 10,256 per month. Later I became a permanent employee in the same organisation and still working there.
Infrastructure: There are two hostels, and one is for boys, and the other one is for girls. The fee for the hostel is separate and will be included in the college fee structure if students want to stay in the hostel. PGs available outside the college are awesome and are highly furnished with facilities like Wi-Fi, air-conditioners, cooler, fridge, etc. Their cost is Rs. 5,000 per month. Gian Jyoti has an adorable infrastructure in terms of classrooms, labs, libraries, dining halls, Wi-Fi and other key things.
Faculty: College timings are very good here, i.e., 9 am to 4:00 pm. The first lecture will start at 9:30 am, and the duration of every lecture is 45 minutes. The college will close at 4:00 pm, and college buses will start at 4:20 pm. Every student is allowed to interact directly with HOD or the director of the college if they have any problem. We also got an opportunity to visit different IT industries to understand the responsibilities when we get placed in companies.
