The campus is good with the senior staff.

Placements: The placement opportunities are there for two years MBA students who study in the school of management science. In the department where five years integrated course is pursued, there are only few placement opportunities. Fewer students remain after BBA, and the students leave the department.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of SMS is well upgraded with the new technology. Computerised lab seminar rooms, well-furnished classrooms, neat and clean washrooms, full AC buildings, RO water facility, automatic power backup, hostel facility for girls and boys are available in the college. A lawn to get fresh air is there in the college. A department library and big university library with a reading room is available in the college. The hostel rooms are not so good as they are small compared to private institutes.

Faculty: The staff is very cooperative with the students in the field of study. There are doctorate professors, and rest are scholars or JRF which help students in their queries. They are friendly with students they will use that method which will be better for students.

Absolutely satisfied because of curriculum, faculty and opportunities abroad.

Placements: The placements as compared to other B-schools are comparatively low, and this is the lagging point of the institute. The placements for the previous batch was around 40%, and mostly the banking sector pays visits to the college. There are no placements programmes offered within the department. The highest package was somewhere around 4 lacs per annum, and the lowest package was 2 lacs per annum.

Infrastructure: The institute has all the required facilities like canteen which offers quality food, and it has sports facilities and grounds. The campus offers ample of parking space. The one drawback was that the hostel is not established as per its demand, so there's a lot of problems like 3-4 students have to live in one room which is really congested.

Faculty: The faculty are very old though they have a lot of knowledge and they believe in growth and development through practical exposure to students. Generally, the curriculum is boring, but it's not so over here. For students pursuing MBA in international business, foreign educational trips are organised. The course curriculum included assignments based on visits which were really beneficial. The faculty to student ratio was 1:30.
