PGDM Retail in JIMS Rohini.
Placements: 80% of students were placed from my batch, the package varied from as low as 25000 and as high as 60000 per month. The top recruiting company were Lido Learning, icici bank, hdfc bank. 100% of the students got internship even though Covid was at peak. Management trainee was the top role offered.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure had all facilities starting from classroom to excellent library, followed by cricket and football ground, canteen, auditorium, labs for each department et. The quality of food was okay, medical facilities were also fine, proper tournaments were organised for the sports activity.
Faculty: Teachers were majorly Ph.D. holders, had great experience of industry and clarity of concepts. The curriculum was good, I got ready for 9 to 5 job. The semester exams are case study based which makes it more interesting and practical. The percentage needed to pass should be above 33%. Scholarship options are also available for the students who score top 3 in class.
Other: I chose retail management due to low score but it turned out to be a good decision for me as I got dual specialisation. The societies formed here are very transformative and gives practical exposure. There are events conducted every now and then for festivals as well as annual events.

Review of JIMS Rohini - Jagan Institute of Management Studies.
Placements: I am pursuing PGDM in retail management. Placements for our course are very good, and the best companies visit our campus to offer placements. Top companies which visit our campus are TCS, Oyo, Deloitte, Mercer, Moody's, etc. The batch consists of around 60 students in retail management.
Infrastructure: The best part to study at JIMS is its infrastructure, and classrooms and cafeteria are also the best on this campus. Hostels are clean and well maintained. There are 2 libraries which are pretty good and equipped with Wi-Fi facility. Students can borrow books and access to the research papers, and different portals are also provided.
Faculty: Faculty members are the best in our college. There are well trained, and professionally qualified teachers come to teach the external courses. The course curriculum is good and updated accordingly, and if there is a need, guest faculty members are also invited. Various programs are conducted, and students are provided with mentors to assist them.
Other: The best thing about this course is it focuses more on practical knowledge than the theoretical knowledge. Verve event is organised once a year here.

PGDM in HR is good option. Even the college is not providing good Internship facilities to the students but also the live projects.

I suggest you go for general MBA with choice of your specialization which will broad up your career scope. Additionally you can do certificate program in fashion designing to have an understanding about the Fashion Industry.
Still if you have deep interest in designing part than you should go for
