Students can check the list of documents required for admissions at Amrita School of Allied Health Sciences:

• Proof of Date of Birth
• Transfer Certificate & Character and Conduct Certificate (from the Head of the Institution last studied)
• Migration certificate
• Relieving letter/ NOC (from the previous employer whichever is applicable)
• Two copies of Aadhaar Card and PAN Card
• 8 recent passport-size close-up colour photographs of face
• Physically Handicapped Certificate (if applicable)
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Medical Certificate for physical fitness and mental soundness from a medical officer

Empire College of Science generally does not accept direct admissions. Students have to meet the basic eligibility to get a seat. However, admissions are merit-based and do not require any entrance exam. Any student meeting the basic eligibility may apply. 

College of Medical Laboratory Technology offers Degree and Diploma courses including 3 UG course. These programs are offerred in Full Time and Part Time mode.
