An associated university in Rajasthan is Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University (MDSU), Ajmer. It was founded on August 1, 1987, and in 2017 the NAAC awarded it a "B+" accreditation. The institution is home to several impressive structures, cutting-edge computer labs, administrative and examination blocks, a central library, and high-tech Science laboratories, among many other things. There are now 435 associated colleges with MDS University spread in Ajmer, Bhilwara, Nagaur, and Tonk.
