Really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: About 30-40 percent of students from our college got placements in the hospitals. The average package offered is moderate for freshers and interns. Many students also continue to work after internships. Many students also continue internships in an associated hospital.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are spacious, good, clean and equipped with AC and proper seating arrangements. The department has well-equipped laboratories, a library and hostel facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good with theory and practical training. Semester exams are moderately difficult, and the pass percentage is good for regular students. The curriculum is relevant. The teaching quality is good with regular lectures, demonstrations and understanding the subject better.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in this field. The best part about this course is exposure to the operating theatre and patient experience. The faculty is supportive, some areas that could improve are providing fun activities, seminars and conferences.

Good college with strong clinical exposure, decent infrastructure, and a supportive environment.
Placements: So 75-80 percent of students got placed in a good hospital from our course. It mainly depends on practical skills and excellent hospital exposure. Some of the top recruiting hospitals include Apollo Hospital, Fortis Healthcare, AIIMS and other well-known multi-speciality hospitals in metro cities. Almost all the students who graduated from our college got internships as it is a mandatory part of our course. The top roles which are offered in our course are OT technician, anaesthesia technologies, critical care technician, anesthesiologist assistant and many more as it also depends on good clinical exposure.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure here is actually quite good. The college has a large campus which makes it feel quite spacious. There is a big ground where most of the sports activities and cultural events take place. The classrooms are big and well-maintained. They are equipped with a projector and other digital facilities which make lectures easier to understand. We have a quite large library area. There are separate study rooms for UG and PG students.
Faculty: Our teachers are well qualified with Master's and PhD degrees, as well as good clinical practice and exposure to hospitals. They are really very kind to all the students of our batch helping us throughout our academic and clinical practice. Our 90 percent of our syllabus is completed by our coordinators who teach us theoretically as well as practically very effectively. Our university exams are quite tough because they prepare us for further interviews and competitive exams. The pass percentage is atleast 50 percent.
Other: I chose this course mainly because I was always interested in working in critical areas like ICU and OT where you actually get real, hands-on experience and are directly involved in patient care. One of the good things about studying at MGM Medical College is the clinical exposure. From the second year itself we start getting posted in the hospital, which really helps in understanding practical aspects and building confidence. The hands-on training we get here is honestly one of the main reasons I'm satisfied with the course. The college being close to my home was a big advantage for me so it worked out well overall. My batchmates are supportive and the environment is quite friendly. Our course coordinator is also helpful and approachable which makes things easier when it comes to academics and postings. The curricular activities are really very good and we also get a chance to participate in national-level sports at our college. The college also conducts a fest for students from all courses.

It has excellent clinical exposure. They provide various opportunities to grow towards your goal.
Placements: Our college provides 15 - 20 seats for our course. The average salary offered is from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month. The salary packages offered differ from hospital to hospital. Apollo, Tata Memorial, Fortis, Heart Association, and KEMS are some hospitals that provide top recruitment for students. They also provide internships. They also provide internships. OT technician, anaesthesia assistant, OT surgical technician, etc., are the roles offered.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Classrooms are available. Wi-Fi is also provided. The canteen food is also quite good. There are sports competitions held twice a year. The college provides a balance of studies and extracurricular activities.
Faculty: Faculty members are nice, understanding, and well-educated. Their way of teaching is quite innovative. The curriculum is structured to prepare students for their future and to build knowledge in them. Semester exams are held twice a year after 6 months. The pass percentage is above 75 percent. Faculty members are cooperative. Lectures are conducted. There are 8 hours of clinical postings.
Other: I opted for this course because it provides me with exposure to patients. Also, it has every type of surgery, from critical and emergency management to post-operative care. This course covers everything. My suggestion would be to increase the seats for the course and to add more colleges for Master's. Our college provides various opportunities and scholarships. It has extracurricular activities too.

Very satisfied with seniors, as they help us a lot in almost everything.
Placements: In B.Sc. OTAT, 20 students got admission through interviews and based on scores in the 12th exam. The salary package offered is between 25000-35000 PM. Top recruiting companies are multi-specialty hospitals like Tata and Fortis where we get recruited. Internship is a part of our curriculum. In the 4th year, we might get placed in MGM Charitable Hospital as an intern. After completing the 4th year program, we shall work in OTS as operation theatre assistants, technologists, or anesthesia assistants.
Infrastructure: From the 3rd semester, we were posted to different departments like Oncology, Gynecology, Cardiac, etc. and we started learning the practical part too. During the 4th year, we don't need to buy any books, as there is a library equipped with many books for students and can easily borrow books. Hostels are not worth it, it's too expensive. Canteen facilities are good and loved by students.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified. There are surgeons, senior or junior residents, and even Ph.D. students and professionals who teach us. In the 1st year, students get the basic knowledge. From 2nd year, we get the practical knowledge that helps us be industry-ready. Exams are usually not so difficult if we study hard daily and are attentive in class.

Great place for practical knowledge. Best teachers. Best working environment.
Placements: Students got a chance to work in many glorified hospitals. A few of them opted for higher education. Roles offered to us were of anesthesia technologists, operation theatre technologists, teaching assistants, etc. Overall, a great experience.
Infrastructure: Best infrastructure. Spacious classrooms with AC. Canteen available. Quality of food there is good. Yearly fests take place. We really had a great time during fests. Along with studies, we got a chance to do social work through various awareness camps. The library is also big and spacious with various books.
Faculty: Well-experienced teaching staff. All the teachers are well qualified, holding Master's and Ph.D. degrees. When I completed my course, I was well-versed in practical knowledge. Exams are challenging enough to test your knowledge. But because of proper teaching and revision, it went really well.
Other: Please bring better placement opportunities. Rest everything is perfect.

Practical exposure in MGM is top notch. Fortunate to be part of such a superb experience.
Placements: Excellent placement opportunity and recruitment drive. My personal experience in MGM was interesting and challenging in terms of placement but at the end of the day, you would get placed in a good hospital with a 3–4 LPA package. So I would highly recommend MGM for freshers.
Infrastructure: Overall, there is a very good infrastructure, including classrooms and labs. Even the library in MGM is super huge and the best place to learn extraordinary things, right from anatomy to biochemistry. All the books are available and the ambience of MGM is huge and so peaceful.
Faculty: Highly qualified and experienced teachers will help you gain extra insights into all the other subjects other than your own domain. Many conferences and webinars help us gain access to the real-world experiences and market value of technicians and all the opportunities are given to us.
Other: Everyone can give you knowledge but wisdom and experience are rare.
