The entry requirements for admission to Uni of Birmingham Dubai MPH course are-

  • A 2:1 Honors degree in a subject relevant to Public Health
  • IELTS score of 6.5, with no less than 6.0 in any band

For the 2026 intake, the University of Birmingham MPH fees is around INR 39 Lacs or AED 40 lakh. Students have to also keep in mind the living expenses. The monthly spend while living in Dubai could be around INR 2 lakh.

It is challenging to choose because both universities are in the top tier.

Between Harvard and Yale, Harvard is ranked higher for MPH course but Harvard University just offers a single MPH course to its International students, whereas Yale offers 15 courses for MPH.

Look at the given comparison -

  • There are huge differences in the tuition fee. Yale University tuition fees for the MPH are comparatively lower than those of Harvard University.
  • General acceptance rate of Harvard is lower at 3.6% than that of Yale University which stands at 4.5%
  • It is somewhat easier to get an admission at Yale University rather than Harvard University.

No, you won't be eligible if you don't have any work experience. The minimum eligibility for the MPH course at Harvard University requires students to have Bachelor's or Master's or a Doctoral Degree with the given additional requirements - 

  • At least 5 years of work experience
  • At least 2 LORs

International students can apply for the MPH program via an online portal called SOPHAS. Then turn-in all the necessary documents such as the academic transcripts, English test scores, letter of recommendations, personal statement and resumes. Then pay the application fee of $60 that rounds off to INR 5.63k and the application process is done.

·       5+ years of relevant work experience
