HPBOSE Question Paper 2026 Class 10, 12: Here’s What Your QP Will Include

HPBOSE informed that all the questions in Set A, B and C will have same questions, 20 per cent of questions will be MCQs and more. Students can check the detailed information below. HPBOSE will conduct the HPBOSE 10th exams 2026 between March 3 and 28, 2026 while HPBOSE Class 12 exams are scheduled between March 3 and April 1, 2026.

Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) will conduct the HPBOSE 10th exams 2026 between March 3 and 28, 2026, while HPBOSE Class 12 exams are scheduled between March 3 and April 1, 2026. The board has introduced some historic changes to the question paper format in the interest of students, informed board chairman Rajesh Sharma during a press conference.

The Board will conduct the HPBOSE Class 10, 12 practical examinations between February 20 and 28, 2026. The HPBOSE admit card 2026 will be out soon.

Sharma informed that the sets A, B and C in HPBOSE question papers will have the same questions, but they will be shuffled. He shared, “Students argued that some series contained very difficult questions, while others were too easy. To address this problem, the board has decided that the questions in all three series will now be identical. The only difference will be that the order of the questions will be changed (question shuffling).”

He added that 20 per cent of the total questions this time will consist of MCQs. The Board plans to release the HPBOSE Result 2026 by April 30, 2026 on the official website.

Sharma further informed, “All examination centres will be monitored directly from the Dharamshala headquarters through CCTV cameras. Special flying squads have been deployed for sensitive and hyper-sensitive centres.”

Students must go through the HPBOSE syllabus 2026 and know the exam pattern. They must also solve and practice the sample papers and question banks released by the Board for better preparation of the exam.
